My previous hair stylist used to sell me this shampoo. A little goes a long way, unlike store brands. It's very gentle on my hair and leaves it feeling clean and light. The smell is so light and clean. It's not obnoxious and overly fragrant. So, if you use styling products with fragrance, there's no worry about competing smells. I highly recommend this shampoo for someone with normal, oily, or dry hair. I was afraid to use it again since my hair has been dried out from over processing. I typically have normal hair that gets oily after just a day. Now it's dry all over except where it's starting to grow out. The shampoo is still as great as I remember. I don't have to fight through a mess of tangles as I apply conditioner. My one word of caution is to make sure you're buying a legit product. If you've never tried this shampoo before, try to find a stylist who sells it. It may cost more, but at least you'll know what to expect. If you want to take the risk and buy online, keep this in mind... a nickel size amount is enough to really suds up and thoroughly clean average, shoulder length hair. If the smell is overpowering or your using the same amount as a drugstore brand, you probably got a false or watered down product. ... show more

The smell reminds me of the beach and natural saltwater. My hair feels clean and ready for the day when I use this shampoo! It is very moisturizing, so if you have oily hair at all beware of that. Very pleased with the shampoo. Apparently there was a leak in the cap or the press button and the plastic wrap around the bottle had a good amount of shampoo in it. Enough for at least 2 shampoos. After washing the outside of the bottle and using quite a few paper towels to correct the problem my hands smell wonderful. LIFE IS GOOD ... show more

We order this shampoo regularly. Often, however, it arrives in the condition seen in the pic - top opened and several tablespoons squirted into packing bag. You'd think there would be a better way to shop this stuff.
