Great desk and great customer service! The desk was relatively easy to assemble. Look just like the picture, and seems very sturdy and long lasting. One issue I had it was that one of the desktop panels was damaged due to the shipper damaging the box during shipment. I contacted the seller and they were immediately responsive and took care of my problem. Excellent customer service and you don't see that too much anymore these days. Great purchase...Every part and screw had a number on it to match a very good install manual. Yes it takes some time to put it together, but the outcome is worth it. I have a 27", a 42" and a 22" on it. They fit perfectly, while my laptop is in front of the 27". Because I use a wireless Keyboard. There is plenty of room on it. I chose the "L" to be on the right. The manual includes detailed instructions to put it on the left or right. Great purchase. One side note...I could not believe how they got all those pieces in a well packaged box. ... show more

Have to echo the biggest CON for this desk is the assembly. All in took about 3-4 hours. Assembly was fairly easy as long as you closely follow the directions. Directions pretty clear. You have to pay close attention to the orientation of the steel support bars as it is noted in the directions, otherwise you'll be taking portions apart to redo. If you are handy, it is easy. If you are not, maybe look elsewhere. But the desk is very sturdy. The surface materials are a bit cheap, "laminated" surface is a bit cold and the desk edge is very sharp on your wrist. But all that can be easily corrected with an oversized mouse pad & desk edge guard pad. The drawers actually are not bad. The slides use ball bearing type slides and are surprising decent. They aren't full extension, or soft close, but better than I expected. You do get a bit more "quality" desk than the very low cost suggests. The photos truly reflect the actual appearance. This is a great desk. It's built very well and fits together perfectly. That being said, TAKE YOUR TIME BUILDING IT! If you follow the instructions perfectly, you won't have an issue. Start by unwrapping and organizing all the pieces, alphabetically and numerically. Then pay very close attention to the instructions. Make sure your part is positioned exactly like the instructions. Great Value!!! I marveled at how many pieces, and the size of desk I got for this amount of money. No - it is not a heavy duty executive desk - there are features I’d like better - but definitely a value desk. Assembly takes time - and very specific attention to instruction details - otherwise you’ll have issues. Much respect to the manufacturer! (Wish they offered a model one-step up in quality for more money - I’d buy it) ... show more

This is a very large desk. It’s very nice and the file section is decent sized. The connections are on the side rather than on top or behind which can be good or bad. It was easy to mount cords on the back with cable management. So far it seems to be doing great and hasn’t experienced and wear or scratches. It the same height as a normal desk. ... show more

It took a while for me to pick out this desk. I wanted something with some depth instead of these skinny desks that has no arm room when you have a keyboard on. This desk is spacious, lots of room for keyboard, mouse and gadgets. Assembling it was not difficult at all apart from issues. The instructions were very well laid out and the pieces clearly marked. The metal frame part uses the welded nut approach so you insert a screw and the nut is already welded subside the other piece. The problem I had was that I had 2 pieces that I could hear the nut inside as it had come loose from where it should have been. Structurally it didn’t hinder the strength so much as they were surrounded with other screw points. The main negative was the large scratches on the black surface that you cannot hide. I tried buffing out with a wet cloth but they are too deep. Shame really as I like the desk a lot. ... show more

It’s exactly what I wanted it’s true to size, extremely easy instructions to follow when building took me two days after I got off work to complete the building of it. The entire frame is metal and the wood is very solid.
