I have no issues with the product, having ordered it before. Assuming the quality is the same the product is more than adequate. I do have an issue with the transaction, namely the payment, which is more likely Amazon than the seller. Payment was supposed to have been taken in the form of capital one points and the order transaction was processed as such. By the time the order was delivered, I discovered that payment had been taken from the card on file and my points returned. I have been buying these for a year or so and they are a great value over the name brand refills. I have been super pleased with them and they have worked great. We are on county water which uses VERY old pipes/infrastructure. Our water either smelled/tasted like a pool or dirt and we won't talk about how many coffee pots I went through because of all the sediment you cant see in the water. Instead of buying bottled water, I got a PUR filter for the kitchen faucet and then discovered these filters. Now my water smells and tastes like water should.
