The media could not be loaded. I am extremely impressed with this gas water heater! First of all, the design is sleek and modern, looking much more stylish than my old unit. I was worried about the setup, but it turned out to be surprisingly easy to install, which saved me a lot of money on professional labor. Performance-wise, it delivers hot water almost instantly, so there's no more waiting around in the shower. The build quality feels very solid and durable, giving me peace of mind that it will last for years. Considering its great features and performance, the price is unbeatable. Highly recommended!

I bought this unit because it was comparable size and ratings of the one I was replacing. So it was and easy install. However it does not heat the water. The unit runs and fires up but the water only heats up to barely lukewarm. Even with only one sink faucet on and at the highest setting of 140. with two points of use even worse. Worse yet the installation and use manual does not have any contact information for APUS. Makes me wonder what kind of scam is this. And this unit is for a AIRBB so its quite the costly mistake buying this thing. I want to return it.

Usually don't write reviews but this is an acception. Me and my wife have been living in a barndominioum since we've been building our house. About 8 years. We've had 2 other water heaters installed since then and so we have some experience with them. We've generally used the camp type water heater that go outside but I've figured out a way to install and vent it safely inside, they are cheaper and did do the job, however, both of them had large temperature swings in them that made for an exciting time in the shower to say the least. It would be from goose bump cold, to lobster skin red in just a few minutes but we learned how to deal with it. So, I looked at this water heater which is close to double the price, but the display pictures show it INSIDE the house and vent outside. So, the dice and purchased the more expensive model. The first time I took a shower in it, I realized that we had something a step above those other water heaters. The temperature maintained a much more consistent temperature (I could feel some slight variation) and so I could set it at a temp that was comfortable throughout my shower. We can also adjust it to whoever is in the shower at the time. My wife likes 120 and I like 125, so simple to do too. We both experienced that best shower that we've had at this place in 8 years. Longevity, we'll sees, if it will get us to the finish of our house, I'll be satisfied. If you can afford it, it is worth the price.

I haven’t used it yet still waiting for the tank to blow, but it’s completely installed, waiting to be connected to gas and water, it’s piped and pexed and ready, everything went well, and it looks like a solid piece, I have worked in plumbing install, and this felt like a good product while installing, time will tell

The APUS tankless water heater works very good. It’s quiet and puts out plenty of hot water. We did have an issue with a small internal leak shortly after it was installed. We contacted APUS, and their team was very concerned. The leak was in a sensor that checks the flow of the incoming cold water. This seems to be a commercial part and not a problem with the overall workmanship of the heater, which seems to be very good. After we emailed a couple pictures showing the problem, APUS sent out a complete new unit. Based on their service we would purchase again from APUS.

This water heater is great value for the price. It's relatively easy to install, gets the water nice and hot, has easy controls, but what I'm really impressed with was the customer service. I ordered one and shortly after installing it had a faulty flow sensor valve. I contacted the seller and they were very understanding and sent me a full replacement. Great experience overall.
