The coat looks very nice and stylish. I initially ordered a coat in size XL (my size) but it fit a bit snug at the waist, so it was returned and another coat was ordered in 2XL size, however it fit a bit large in the arms, across the chest and length. I was hoping it would fit and was disappointed in returning it, too. I am sure the coat would be warm and comfortable if it would have fit me. As for the return process, it was seamless and refunds were timely. I wish it have fit! ... show more

first impression is it looks and feels comfortable and quality. thinner then I expected (assume to cut wight) but no less warm as can be when walking at night to my car from the show. I had to get a new jacket after ripping mine beyond repair. the hood, length, and materials drew me to this one. the hood ( a nice touch for the bald), buttons in with elastic loops. I had a hard time getting this together, but was so nice one done. Sizing Im 165 @ 5'10" 19.5 shoulder, the med fits like it was tailored to me.
