Nice coat at a great price as this brand APTRO is the only one to buy if you want this look and style coat at this affordable price. I like this coat enough that I bought the green and camel colors with no hesitation. You can tell this APTRO apart from the other imitations by its 80% wool not 30% like the others state also the inner liner diamond pattern. I initially bought a large going from the sizing charts yes charts as at the time I bought they had two in the add that read differently. I returned the large for a medium that fits perfect. I added a picture of the size chart from the add that fit me best with my 19inch shoulders 43inch chest 23inch arm length. The medium arm length reads 25.5 which is fine as it still looks good and you can always have them shortened at any local alteration shop as this coat is worth investing in it. They sell coat sleeve cuff extenders that can give you extra length if needed and keeps the weather from entering the sleeves which I am having done for the extra weather protection since I don't need more length, I will have them sewn further back in the sleeves not visible. Measure correctly as their chest measure example shows to low on the body and be more concerned with shoulder and chest fit as you can more easily deal with the sleeve's length if needed, yes for extra cost but if you want this look it's just what you will have to do. ... show more

I am 140 lbs and 5'8". I usually wear extra small with most adult mens shirts. I opted to buy this coat in small instead of extra small and it was a great idea. This coat fits me perfectly maintaining an athletic fit while still providing space for me to wear a sweater and several other layers. The style is great and the material is softer than my other pea coats. I don't like how the neck liner attaches to the coat. It zips up in the front (which is great) but then latches onto 3, hard to fasten, elastic loops behind the neck. Also, the main zipper in the front is metal and hard to get started. It also zips from the wrong side. Every jacket ive ever worn has the zipper on the right, with this coat, its on the left for some reason. Some of the pockets are fake and the buttons may need a few extra loops of thread to reinforce but its a good jacket. It also kept me warm in 17F weather with a couple layers underneath. ... show more

Pros: - Great quality. There are only a few other coats on Amazon that can match this quality for the price - fits great. I’m of a somewhat athletic build, and all of the other coats on Amazon of the same quality and price fit too big. Only this fits alright. Cons. - It’s a little too decorative. This is obviously just my style preference, but there are a plethora of fake decorations that honestly the coat might be better without. For example, every single button besides the ones that help you close the coat up are fake. The ones on the arms, the shoulders, even the pocket buttons. In fact, even the right breast pocket is fake! - The shoulders are a little square. I happen to have pretty sloped shoulders, so it looks a little off when put on. Obviously, if you happen to have flatter shoulders, this will not be an issue. However, if you have sloped shoulders, take this into consideration. (I’m still keeping it, however, as it’s just such a good deal!) - The detachable collar always folds inward when you put it on, and you need to manually flip it back out. I’ve just decided to usually remove it and wear the coat without it - The detachable collar also is only attached to the coat itself with three buttons, making it rather weak. Honestly, I feel like I could snap the buttons off if I held the coat up by only the collar. Although I had more “cons” than “pros”, I still want to note that this is an incredible deal! I ordered one size larger than the chart, and the fit is excellent. I love the feel of the wool, very soft and comfortable. The quilted liner is great for warmth. The only negative is that one pocket has a hole where it didn't get sewn. It can easily be repaired with my handy-dandy sewing kit.

Wish I could give this jacket five stars. It’s the 2nd time I’ve purchased this jacket. The first one lasted for a few years with heavy wear and was great! Do warm and comfortable and loved the style. Bought another one 4 months ago after the first one got worn down. Already 2 of the main buttons have come off. One just fell off without me even buttoning it. I don’t know if the quality went down or this is a one off but I’m not happy about it. This is my 5-year review. Aside from the right pocket liner tearing after several months of ownership (probably due to my keys being in it), this has been a great coat! After many uses, the material is still in great condition and it still looks fantastic. I love it so much, I actually just bought another one of a different color.
