This coat is great. 80% wool and 20% polyester. It has some weight to it which is how you know it's quality. I wore it the other day when it was 18° outside and I was warm. It also has two inside pockets and a seam in the back which you can use a seam breaker on to help it flow. You do have to get a dry cleaned. ... show more

I bought this for my son who is 5'7" and it fits him perfectly. The overcoat is very elegant and very well made inside and out. The fabric is soft and with a beautiful shine to it. My son also likes the fact that the inner pockets are easy to reach, without unbuttoning the coat, which is a bonus during harsh winter days. Some complained about the coat coming wrinkled. After wearing it twice, the wrinkles vanished. But if this small temporary inconvenience bothers you so much, get a hand steamer or take it to a dry cleaner, to fix this. You get free shipping. Did you expect to have the coat delivered on a hanger and to come with a butler? The coat fits as expected. Initially, I ordered an XL one, thinking that XL may be too long or too wide for my son. However, the measuring chart hinted more towards an XXL. So, we had to return it and buy an XXL. We want to thank the seller for replacing the coat with the speed of light. The second day I wore this overcoat, I put my hand in one of the pockets, a seam that runs down the middle of the pocket instantly let go resulting in a half-inch hole in the pocket, which is now up to an inch and a half. I took it to a tailor to see about having it repaired, and they told me it would cost one third of what I paid for the coat. I do not expect to have to pay one third of the purchase price to have the coat repaired after only wearing it twice. I have lived with the tear, as the weather is cold and I don't have a second overcoat to use while this is being repaired. Consequently, the window for me to return it has closed, and I am stuck with either watching the hole grow even larger over time, or try to get by with a much lighter coat in sub-freezing temperatures while I wait for this one to be repaired. Ill try to help out as many as i can with my review. The quality is great its thick warm and it hugs around the waist a bit giving a slimmer look. I loved it but i had to return it as it doesnt fit my longer arms. And broader shoulders. I bought an XL. Im 6foot1 240lbs i wear a 44long in suits. The jacket falls a little under the knee for me which i liked. When i put it on it felt a little snug in the shoulders. And it came like an inch or two above my wrists. Any other movement than that it looked small. The inseam looks about an inch so maybe if its close u could get a tailer to give u an extra inch but i believe i would need at least 3 or 4. Overall good product i hate to return it but it just doesnt fit me. ... show more
