I really wanted to write a good review as the watch itself was as advertised and priced reasonably. Unfortunately that's where it ended. The photo and description on the item I ordered clearly stated that it had the "Titanium Milanese Band" and "USB-C" charger. Neither was true and I tried to work with them to resolve this issue and they refused, falsely claiming that they were not using false advertising and that Apple requires they use this fake band. The band provided was a cheap Chinese steel knockoff of the magnetic style Milanese Loop used on the standard Apple watch series which doesn't suit this watch, not the Ultra Parachute Style real Titanium band one would expect and was shown in their photo (see image). Also, the USB charger is USB-A (not C) so I have to use an adapter. They did offer to refund the watch, but I needed it for a trip and decided to keep it. Hopefully they will change their deceptive marketing practices and try to make good on their promises. If they decide to resolve my concerns I will update my review, but for now BUYER BEWARE! ... show more

Had a few concerns while waiting for the watch with it being refurbished however the watch itself arrived in perfect working condition with the exception of some minor scratches. Being that the watch is refurbished I tested as many of the features possible and had no issues. The waterproofing, speakers, microphone and functions all perform as factory! Only complaint or gripe I could make is that the watch of course did not arrive with the original box/ packaging, the charger was a cheap Amazon brand (not capable of fast charging cable so expect 12hrs to get a full charge) and a knockoff oceanic apple band. All and all not one of these complaints can take away from the fact that this was the best price I could get this watch in great condition for. If I had to re live my entire life again and re do everything - I would buy this watch refurbished each time ... show more
