No salty to the sweet in these. There’s a few bits of cashew (Not even halves, more like quarters) in the bars and they do taste fine, but honestly not good enough to be $5 a box. The store brand plain granola bars are comparable to these in taste, texture, and size, but less than half the price. The ‘best by’ dates are about 4 months out on the boxes I received. I'm very disappointed in these, they are definitely sweet and salty, they have a nice flavor, however they should not be called cashew bars, because there are barely any cashews present, certainly not enough to be seen or tasted, I feel if something is called something it needs to be sent and tasted the price is ok I won't be buying again ... show more

The flavor was too sweet instead of salty. The value for money for these 12 bars was spot on. The bars were thinner than I thought it would be. The flavor was cashew but I could barely taste any mostly filled with oat instead. Product tastes fresh but says best if used by March 2021. I bought the cashew sweet & salty. The cashews are chopped and mixed into the oat mixture, you can tell they're there but the sweetness of these bars overpower the cashews. The sweet & salty peanut bars are much nuttier tasting.

These arrived today. I've tasted the peanut ones and couldn't wait to try these. I'm so impressed with the flavor. I thought they would be super sweet BUT there is the perfect balance of sweetness and crunch. He mostly eats fruit for snacks, doesn’t like any type cookies/cakes, I like getting family size packages, so everyone can choose one, instead of thinking it’s just one person’s “snack” (we don’t do that EVER, in this house!) if it’s in the kitchen, it’s “fair game” for anyone!!
