Up until 4 years ago, I used Android, but AT&T offered me a "Customer Loyalty" deal for $50.00 a month and an iphone for .99 every two years. I'm glad I tried it, but the iPhone was too finicky, and lord help you should you lock yourself out. I now have a plan with another company which has unlimited everything; talk, data, wireless etc, all free for life. As the iPhone was paid off, I did an early termination with AT&T and switched back Android and Motorola. Motorola had always been a favorite of mine, and was thrilled when I could buy an unlocked Moto stylus 2021. I've always wanted one but either unlocked or as part of a plan were out my reach. I bought this on Amazon for an excellent price. All I had to do was put in the new SIM card and I was off and running. This phone is packed with features you can actually use right away instead of having to seek out and unbury them like the iPhone. While this is a big phone with an almost 7" screen it's comfortable to hold even with a heavy duty case. Overall more than pleased, but there are a few caveats you should be aware of. Face recognition is very spotty and have tried several times to redo it, but always with the same lackluster results. Gave up on it and use the fingerprint unlock instead, though because of it's placement by the power key tends to throw it off sometimes. 2 Day Battery life. Are we talking about 24 hour days x 2 or 2 twelve hour days with actual phone use? There is simply NO way you'll be getting anywhere near 48 hours (even factoring in sleep, downtime etc.) Battery life is very good; I can get a 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M (14 hours +-) with fairly heavy use, but you better be sure you charge it overnight. Out of habit I carry a 20,000 power pack in my laptop case, or a slim "It will get you through" in my suit jacket pocket. As I told a friend of mine "Any phone can claim a 2 or even 3 day battery life... Provided you don't turn it on much or actually use it for what you bought it for." It's a very good phone, feature packed with a big enough, but not too cumbersome screen and more than adequate battery life. Just not 2 days worth. Order arrived early, in original packaging and well packed for transportation. I do employ some of the power saving features such as power save @ 50% and black screen when practical. As a customer who purchased the Motorola Moto G Stylus 2021, I can say that overall, this smartphone is a great value for the price. I like the looks of the phone, but it has used 13% of the battery in only an hour and a half. It's supposed to be a 2 day battery. My old Motorola where the battery was old lasted longer than this one.

Needed a new phone quickly in a pinch, Though it was dated 2021 model, the same day delivery availability from Amazon was terrific. Phone was packaged in a nice original, sealed package from Motorola, including a charging cord and plug. Display is nice and large. Application/processing speed is quite good for normal Mobile device usage. A huge plus about the phone is the finger print reader, which is integrated into the power button on the side of the phone. Makes it very easy to unlock the phone. It is important to know this is a 4G/LTE supported phone. Not 5G. Also, as of January 2023, the phone is still running an old version of Android 11 (current version of Android is 13). Hope Motorola will eventually push Android 12/13, but not sure of their schedule. ... show more

Speak to text does not accurately text spoken words correctly. Charger is not a strong charger. It takes more than 2 hours to fully charge my phone. Cannot speak to text when using other features. I love the look of the phone but I would not buy it again.
