I love my watch. I looked quite awhile before deciding on this watch. I had not owned an apple watch and to buy a new one was out of my price range. When I saw this, it became possible to get one. I have not had any trouble with it at all. It charges well and holds charge for about 2 days before needing charged again. It was easy to set up and pair with my apple phone and I love the look. I absolutely love the reconditioned one I got and actually wish I hadn’t been so reluctant. I am still setting things up, but this is great!!! Battery life is the main issue I find, like MANY other people. The display quality is better than expected and the sleep monitor seems accurate. Watch came the day after I ordered it. No scratches, new battery, no issues. Got the one in excellent condition. It did arrive dead, but expected that. Not thrilled I had to buy other watch bands because only M/L was available, but way better than paying full price. Got this for my child.     • Battery is shot
I wish I had something good to say about the refurbished watch I purchased but I don’t. While I do understand it’s not brand new and may have some issues, the ones I experienced with this watch are unacceptable and I’m not sure how this watch was even approved to be refurbished. First, the watch did not come with a watch band, only the watch itself. 2nd, straight out of the box it was completely dead (which I expected) but even after sitting on the charger for 24 hours it still did not turn on. It took about 2 days for the watch to turn on while sitting on the charger consistently for those 2 days. 3rd, once turning on, it was only at 5% charge and took another 8 hours to reach 100%. I put the watch on once it did reach a full charge and within minutes it was already down to 90%. The battery life says 87% so I wasn’t expecting it to be this terrible. I’m just going to return it and purchase a brand new one. ... show more
