No amount of words can never fully express of how thankful, appreciative or grateful that Mac revive sent me a pristine condition iMac I’ll definitely buy another in the future. Graphics is pretty flawless , machine functions moderately fast for a 2017, few scuff marks but no biggy, I do recommend buying a better keyboard the one they send is only best for setting the computer up it’s not best for long term being most keys don’t either work or the letters are missed place like the y and z. Wow I am amazed! I am a college student and just wanted a bigger Mac screen for homework, and this was one of the best purchases I could make! Great price, excellent condition with no issues! Came with a non-Apple keyboard and mouse, but works just as well. Packaged very nicely with lots of supporting bubble wrap was also cleaned. Shipped and delivered 5 days before expected date! Bought this in May, and it lasted a total of five months. It now is completely broken. Super disappointed. I only used it for a bigger screen for my MacBook.

My beautiful iMac arrived packed beautifully, so safe that it could have been dropped and still it would have been perfect. Mine totally exceeds everything, and using Migration Assistant to move 656 GB of data took a bit, that's a LOT of stuff, and then SO clean and SO fast. I'm kind of blinking at the overview - so much more than promised. 2019, 3.12TB storage. I expected to be delivered only a 2017 and 2TB storage. The McNally keyboard and mouse are smooth and working easily. Stunningly amazing everything and super fast. Thank you, Amazon Renewed. Forgot - I did email the seller a couple of times with questions and received quick responses. SO happy. ... show more

Can you believe someone would ship out a computer in a box with no cushioning whatsoever? All I kept thinking is, “My computer better work after rattling around in this box all the way from IL to FL.” Luckily, at this point, it seems to be working as it should. This is my second 27” iMac. I purchased the first in 2011 and since the OS cannot be updated past Maverick, I cannot update Google Chrome, therefore many websites will no longer work properly with it. So this renewed 2017 model is just what I needed. It came with Sierra OS installed, but I’ve updated to Ventura, which is free in the App Store. I have access to all of the websites that I need and have found some great apps to add to it, that weren’t available for my first iMac. As someone who designs home interiors and does graphic and web design, having a computer with this large screen, vibrant and true colors, and both easy and sensible navigation, is imperative. In my experience, Windows computer screens look so washed out and lack luster. With my iMac, no matter what the angle, the colors and clarity remain stable. If you haven’t had the privilege of owning an iMac, do it. But note that the 27” iMac is no longer being manufactured, only the smaller sizes. So getting a certified renewed one is your best bet if you desire a 27” and I would advise not getting anything older than a 2017. That way, you won’t have the updating issues that I had with my first iMac. If you don’t mind spending a bit more, then you can go with a 2019 or newer. ... show more

    • So Far, So Good
I've been using this new-to-me iMac 2017 27" for 12 days now, lots of hours of graphics work, multiple browsers, youtube video, etc. It's running fine so far. No problems other than when the computer arrived I found that the Fusion drive had been split and appeared in the Finder and in About This Mac as two separate drives. I went to Apple support and found their how-to to re-fuse the drives into a single Fusion drive. I followed the directions for the OS that was out the year the computer was first sold, and that fixed the problem. So, now it works great, looks clean and unscratched. The keyboard and mouse that come with it are about as cheap as you can get, but the computer works great. One star taken off for the Fusion drive hassle. ... show more
