Product presentation was fine with no scratches. MacBook kept resetting every time browser was used within a minute. Went into recovery mode, installed OS and still the same persisted. Eventually removed all users, erased disk and returned MacBook. Not worth taking a chance with these refurbished products. The only complication I experienced in starting up the macbook was a startup option that showed the laptop was still connected to its previous owner's work. It was nothing a Google search couldn't fix, and so after wiping the drive one more time and installing the latest OS, it works great! All good buttons, the screen is clean, and the specs on it are super good. I'm not a tech-savvy person, but my friend who works with graphic designs said that I got a good deal. ... show more

This laptop was clean with only the very minor showing of wear. I had my local tech guy wipe the system clean and reinstall most recent OS. 1 Star off because the charger that came with the laptop doesn’t fit the mag charging port on the laptop. I now have to purchase a charger that will fit. These range any where between $40-70 depending on OEM or after market. I could sell the one that doesn’t fit to help offset the additional cost, but then this is all just an annoyance because I didn’t get a charger that fit in the first place. ... show more

Laptop works well. My son had initial issues with logging in but that's an Apple issue. After resolving, laptop worked great for his purpose - music production. I had questions on the serial number which was resolved promptly by Tekzilla.
