Hola el producto esta en muy malas condiciones, esta todo rayado, la pantalla como despegada, le falta el logo de Mac book pro en la pantalla, esta absolutamente sucia y llena de tierra en sus conectores, la batería no dura más de 2 horas, la pantalla tiene como puntitos. I received my MacBook very quickly. This was my first time purchasing a computer online.. Laptop was in excellent condition. No visual defects battery charged, I was able to start it right up.. Setup was easy. No complaints at all. Just as advertised.

I purchased the MacBook Pro as a renewed unit in "excellent" condition. Cosmetically it was perfect but after three or four days of use it became apparent the battery was shot. An alert also popped up stating the battery needs to be serviced. Amazon does not have any options to help and pushed me directly to Apple support who quoted $250 to replace the battery! The MacBook was not "renewed" or in "excellent" condition as evidenced by the bad battery. This does not seem fair or right! What can I do other than return it? ... show more

said condition new. As you can see the case was dented and scratched up the keyboard was full of dirt and dust. Other than that the computer worked fine was disappointed of the condition of the outside of the computer they could have cleaned it up a bit other than that at this time no problems
