Update- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. I tried getting a defective MacBook repaired, sent it in, they held it for a week and didn’t do anything to it and shipped it back to me. Received the MacBook and still doing the same thing. Now, they’re telling me there’s nothing they can do since it has been over 90 days… absolutely scummy people to deal with. Take your money elsewhere. It’s not worth your time or headache. Ordered two of these laptops for Christmas. One stopped charging after 60 days. Doesn’t go above 1%. Once unplugged it dies. Can’t operate or open any apps. Sent back to be ‘fixed’, they said they fixed a ‘speaker’ issue. I checked monitor and battery usage, but no screen activity shows for the days they has the unit, so they didn’t even turn it on. They returned it to me and same problem persists. It needed to update before it would run the website I do my work on, but seems to be running smoothly now. No issues starting/setting up, and it has been doing all the basic computer things I've asked it to reliably since I got it two days ago.

The battery stopped working within 2 years of purchase. It was used when I got it in 2020 so that may be the reason. Not worth the money though.
