    • Great computer

Super happy with this computer. Not only does it look nice but it functions well and the battery lasts all day.

    • Not trustworthy - NOT properly refurbished
Capacity: 2.8GHz | 512GB Color: Space Gray
I bought one of these computers just under one year ago, a 13" MacBook Pro, A1989. Immediately it had a "battery needs service" warning, but seemed to work normally at first. The only issue was that sometimes the computer would say it was dead when it still had over 50% battery remaining; plugging it in immediately fixed the issue, so I just lived with it. Then, 3 weeks ago, the computer refused to turn on. I did everything in my power to attempt to boot it, to no avail, so I had to take it to a technician, where I found out the battery was completely used up - its life cycle was more than 99.5% depleted, something that should take 5-10 years. I was sold a faulty battery. On top of that, the charger included was a generic brand charger, which did NOT meet the quality standards of the original, even though it is clearly stated that it must according to Amazon's policy on certified refurbished products. I will be reporting the seller and fighting to get some of my money back, because this was a dishonest sale. ... show more

I was spoiled by silicone. Really, though, for the money it's a great buy. Not as fast as my M4 but one quarter the price. Battery fine. It is a great deal. Seller shipped fast! Thank you!

    • You’re probably not going to get excellent condition.
Capacity: 2.4GHz | 256GB Color: Space Gray
Review Image by erdeline erdeline
This laptop is far from excellent condition. It’s acceptable at best. The battery life sucks, it drains on its own, even when it’s not in use. Screen is working properly, no issues there. The keys are scratched up, but covered by a sticky, but I can still see them when the laptop is on. Overall the body of the laptop only has a few scratches, but that’s probably because it’s covered by a skin. ... show more

    • 2019 Macbook Pro
Capacity: 2.4GHz | 256GB Color: Space Gray
Review Image by Joe Tischer Joe Tischer
Received the MacBook quickly, so shipping is not an issue. The MacBook came with some smudges on the screen, but the screen has no noticeable scratches or cracks (or de-lamination). All keys on the bottom case work, but time will tell if they last. One thing I did notice was a huge discoloration area where a sticker used to be. This is extremely noticeable, so "renewed excellent" may be a stretch. Battery is at 85% which is nice. I will continue to test and update the review as necessary. ... show more
