I'm really happy I bought this. I expected it to come with some slow function or that it'd be lacking in apereances but its very good. The only way I can recognize that it's a refurbished item is it has a little discoloration on the back. Otherwise its amazing. I logged and it immediately updated with my iCloud and current apple updates. The mouse works great, the keys are amazing and there's no pixel discoloration. All things function great. The fading of color on the back is easy to cover with a case if need be.

I got the cheapest option so I wasn’t surprised that there were some dents. Set up was so easy. Battery life was completely charged when it arrived. All in all it’s a pretty good product. If you want it in the best condition, go for the most expensive option. It’s a pretty quote computer, you can’t hear it started so that’s a plus

Lasted less than one year!! HORRIBLE!
I couldn't create an Apple account on it because it detected one on the device. 1 year later and the screen went out. EXPENSIVE repair! Very disappointed

Refurbished Apple Air 2015 series that updated itself to a newer OS system
Not used to Apple laptops just iPads, this experience has been surprising. Cannot close windows (tabs) without pressing shortcut keys. The wireless mouse bought to pair it with will not pairi. But unlike my Acer windows 11 i can at least log in. The touchpad is not too slippery, if you get the cursor in the right spot, clicking will get you there. The battery felt too hot when first trying to get the charger to fit, now it appears magnetic, the charger, & charged the battery's fine. Am still waiting for Thunderbolt & other accessories to make it work better. Just have to keep remembering what was compatible with windows is not with Apple. A printed guide would have been helpful. The blutooth other than the mouse is very helpful, though

Excellent condition
It arrived on time and came in great condition, no dents/scratches, and seems to work perfectly. It was packaged in a bubble wrap that kept it secured and had plastic covering it to prevent scratching. Very pleased with the product and got it at a great price! Edit: After having the laptop for only a couple days the charger was not working properly (would connect but not charge) so I contacted support and the seller sent me a replacement within a few days!

This is amazing. I updated it as soon as I received it (this takes about an hour or so, be patient!), and it's absolutely perfect! No screen defects, no keyboard issues, and no dents. There is a teeny tiny scratch above one of the directional keys but it's so insignificant you wouldn't notice unless you went looking for it. I use it for research and writing and the battery lasts all day, no problem. I cannot believe the quality of this for the price, it's an incredible deal!
