I'm all "Use your old laptop until my wallet recovers!" which she was willing to do, but the professors recommended MacBooks and everyone had MacBooks. Update: does not work anymore. 4 months. What a waste of money. Turns on about 5 minutes of fiddling with it, but works. Screen is lose and decides to stay when it wants. Once everything is going, it works great.

Bulging battery within 9 months of extremely light use, and now it's too late to return the product. Be careful buying these refurbished products, as you may be left with a short term rental of a computer and no further recourse.

Bought this for my daughter on prime days in July for homeschooling. Went to set it up and the charger that was sent with it doesn't even fit. And I have been trying for a week to email the picture they want of the charger. But just get sorry it couldn't be sent bc the file is to big. Biggest waste of my time.
