LOVE THESE!!!!!!!! Best scrub pants EVER!!! I got a medium and I’m 5’4 140 pounds. These have fit me through my fluctuating weight 140-165. If I lost more weight they would still work but just be looser in the thighs but waistband would be fine. These are such good material and so flipping comfortable! I would wear these 24/7. They’re a little expensive but honestly they’re worth the price! Material is nice thinness. There is no stretch really besides the waistband and ankles. They don’t make me too hot or too cold. The waistband is comfy. It’s stretch. I like the fact that it has two back pockets. I wear these every week and they have lasted me quite a while. I think they’ll hold up for more years. No pilling. I got the petite medium and they’re fine but just a tad too short. The regular length works just fine with some length left for if I was taller. If I were to get more I would stick with the regular length for my 5’4 body. Get them! You won’t regret it. You’ll probably just end up buying more lol.

These Med Couture scrub bottoms are everything you want in workwear—comfortable, flattering, and built for real movement during long shifts. I went with the jogger style to pair with the MC7448 top, and let me just say—they’re my go-to scrub pants now. The fabric is soft with the perfect amount of stretch, so they move with you without losing shape by the end of the day. Whether I’m running between patients or kneeling down to grab supplies, they stay in place and don’t dig in or slide down. The wide yoga waistband is a game-changer—super comfortable, no rolling, and doesn’t squeeze your stomach during a 12-hour shift. The pockets (thankfully!) are roomy and actually useful, with enough space for my phone, pens, and other essentials without looking bulky. Style-wise, they look polished enough to wear in or out of the hospital—especially the joggers, which are cute enough to wear on errands post-shift. If you want scrub pants that check all the boxes—comfort, fit, function, and style—these are a total win. I’ve already bought a second pair!

Ordered these in two colors for both my jobs. One came in correctly the other came in the wrong color. Other than that they fit and feel amazing. Very comfortable and look well made not cheap. I will be ordering the correct color pants again hopefully after they refund me. Update: I ordered another pair and they sent the right color this time but wrong size. Very frustrated

I love these pants! I have bought them in several colors and wear them all weekly. I wear the medium but I do wish they had a curvy option because they do run small! I had gotten a small and it fit well around the waist but way too tight on the booty for work. Therefore, the medium was the best fit but is pretty loose through the waist. Nothing that can’t be fixed with the draw string! But if you’re curvy size up. 5’9” 160# for reference. They wash great, no pilling, seams are soft.
