First time MacBook and I love it. Got used to the device since I’ve always been a Lenovo person but it’s great so far. I’ve dropped it quite a bit accidentally and it doesn’t show any noticeable signs of scratches which is great. All the keys work and I don’t have issues with them like some computers I’ve had. I put a screen protector on mine for extra support which it didn’t come with. You buy that separate. The battery life is good. It does drain fast but I don’t use it as much to care. Weird that the features option says it’s touch screen because it’s not lol. I wish it was but nope. I knew it wouldn’t be so if you’re hoping for that welp your not in luck pal. ... show more

I bought this computer "renewed" in March. I purchased it because it was super small and I could carry it anywhere easily. I have not used it for more than an hour in total since purchasing. It hasn't been charged in 2 months. I charged it today as I need to take it with me later this week, and the logic board appears to be fried. The fan is constantly running and it will not power on or off. granted, it wasn't a lot of money, but it should have been able to be used for more than an hour for 213.00. ... show more

For a reused product the quality is amazing lasted. The battery life lasted long, the setup was easy, the speed was quick just make sure to refresh your product, and the value was great.

    • Excellent condition sellers great but it can’t be updated to a comparable OS!
The MacBook was in mint condition everything worked fine but it couldn’t be updated to a newer OS so I had to return it. My new apps wouldn’t even download due to the operating system being out dated so it isn’t compatible. The seller was amazing in helping with the return and processing my refund! I bought this product a month ago and had to return it as the os system was unable to updated because of the computers age. The computer it self was very clean and nice but it was unusable. My main complaint is that I returned this product 2WEEKS AGO and have not received a refund or even a mark on the account that it was returned. My account still says I have the product, which I DO NOT!! Why is this such a complicated return process?
