Mac Pro was delivered in extremely good condition, with specs as good or better than advertised. It was nearly new in appearance, I would describe refurbished/excellent as an accurate descriptor. It was well packaged, thoroughly encased in large-size bubble wrap. The hard drive had been wiped with a brand new OS install. The seller also included a Mac-compatible keyboard and mouse, which was an unadvertised nice touch. The computer has been put to work as a shared family machine and has been running continuously since purchased. It's also been playing games and doing a lot of video transcoding, so it's been reasonably stress tested. Haven't encountered any major issues, or components that have failed. I did encounter a random kernel panic during a video transcode at one point, but it hasn't repeated and is probably a one-off. ... show more

Mac came double wrapped safely in bubble wrap and peanuts. Supplier also threw in a free keyboard/mouse combo. This was unadvertised and extremely welcome. Arrived DOA, would not connect to any of the 5 monitors I tried. Then when I got approval to return, the shipping required me to pay for shipping on an item which was said to be in good working condition - re-conditioned.

Happy to discover that a USB mouse and full sized keyboard was in the box, machine seem fresh from the factory to me no spots no scratches no dust, booted up and worked like a beast, going to get more memory a bigger hard drive and maybe another 2013 Mac Pro-yes I am that happy.

It exceeded my expectations!! Using the Open Core app and a memory and SSD upgrade I was able to upgrade to Sierra with NO problems!! It now performs on par with the latest Intel Mac.
