I was hesitant about buying a renewed phone, but decided to give it a shot on Amazon since their return policy is pretty good and I gotta say, I’m genuinely impressed with this device. I got the “Renewed Premium” version. The phone came unlocked, so I was able to activate it on T-Mobile with zero issues. It arrived in excellent condition and has performed flawlessly. The phone is practically pristine. There’s a tiny scratch on the screen that’s only visible when you look closely, but you can’t see it while using the phone, so it’s not an issue for daily use. The body, back, and all edges are in great condition with no other visible imperfections. The battery arrived at 100% health with only 1 cycle count, which is basically new. I ran the full iOS diagnostics test and everything passed: the battery, sensors, camera, display, speakers, microphone, and all other hardware components checked out perfectly. No hardware issues whatsoever. I did have to switch to a 30W Apple charger since my old third-party one wasn’t powerful enough, but that’s a minor inconvenience. Paired with the USB-C cable that comes with the phone, it charges really quickly and the battery life is excellent, lasting me the whole day. ... show more

Solid phone to replace my kid's iPhone 12. Been using the iPhone 12 since it came out, and it's definitely shown its age. Decided to take a chance on the renewed iPhone 16e. Got the "good" variant and I was expecting to have to hide tons of scratches in a case. Nope only one small deep scratch on the frame - maybe from a set of keys. Screen and battery were perfect. Went from physical to eSim with zero issue and transferred all her stuff seamlessly. Overall happy with my purchase. My only complaint is that I ordered the premium option with no scratches or cracks on the front. There is a small hairline crack on the front, but it isn't really noticeable when using it. got this phone yesterday, very impressed with quality. I chose good option for $330, the device has only 30 cycles and 100% battery and still have apple care till mar/2027. screen is flawless, body has some scratches but that is expected. Better than buying 13 or 14 with this price. FYI, they sent me wrong cable but that I can live with given how good the device is ... show more
