unfortunately, during one of the last steps in setup , (installing IOS 26) the phone locked up and would only display the :HELLO" screen and had to be returned. pros: I Phone appeared new in condition / return of purchase price within 7 days. Cons: Return hassle's , (carrier had an issue of a mechanical breakdown causing a delay of one day) Dealing with foreign support and poor knowledge on how to fix the software problems/possible data breech or loss of data. Summery: The premium Renewed may work for some but did not for me. May want to consider all possible consequences prior to purchase ... show more

I was a little concerned about a “renewed” phone, but since it offered a 90 day return policy, I decided to give it a try. I’ve had my phone for 6 weeks and so far, no issues. I removed a star because it did not include a charging cube, and my old phone was an 11 (I know!) so I didn’t have a newer charger. All in all, for the model and memory, 2 year warranty, a case, screen protector and charging station, I spent about the same amount as I would’ve with Apple, and I’m confident that my phone is as new. ... show more

    • Not good for smaller hands.
It’s good but not great for smaller hands. I wish I’d gotten the regular 16. It’s a little heavy and I struggle to reach everything without having to stretch and readjust my hand. I have a young child and often need to use it with one hand. My hand and wrist is strained and hurts from the weight and awkwardness of trying to hold it. I have a pop socket but it’s still uncomfortable. I like that it’s wider but not the length. The height and weight are my only issue but it’s a big one for me. ... show more
