I ordered the IPhone 15 Pro Max & I’m so glad that I did! I was very skeptical before purchasing and combed through tons of listings and reviews before finally committing. I’ve always purchased my phones brand new directly from a retailer.. I ordered the refurbished excellent version. The phone basically looks like it’s brand new except for some superficial scratches on the screen. I can’t even see them with a screen protector on. The phone battery is at 90% with 558 cycles. I love that this phone doesn’t have glass on the back & feels durable. The phone performs like a brand new phone. The camera quality is also a great step up from my IPhone 13. The phone wasn’t sent with an iPhone box or apple brand charger but I wouldn’t expect that anyways since these phones are refurbished. A standard type C charger & block was included. I’ll definitely come back to this seller when I need a new phone.

Excellent Renewed Premium iPhone 15 Pro Max – Looks Brand New
Color: Natural Titanium
Service provider: Unlocked
Memory Storage Capacity: 512 GB
Product grade: Renewed Premium
I bought this Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max because I needed a new unlocked phone, and after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I’m really glad I did. Most of the phones I’ve bought in the past have been used, and I usually haven’t had too many problems, but this one is exceptional. I chose the Renewed Premium option, and it was definitely worth it. When I received it, the battery was already at 100% after charging, and the phone looked to be in perfect condition. It honestly looked brand new. There were no dents, no scratches, and no visible signs of wear at all. It is unlocked, and I had no problems switching from my SIM setup to eSIM. Setup was easy and everything worked smoothly. I also chose the 512GB version because I wanted more storage than my previous phone, and I’m very happy I went with that size. Overall, if I were to buy a phone from Amazon again, I would absolutely choose the Renewed Premium option. This phone arrived in excellent condition and has been a great purchase.

BE AWARE OF THE RISKS - I spent hours fixing Amazons issue
Color: White Titanium
Service provider: Unlocked
Memory Storage Capacity: 256 GB
Product grade: Renewed Premium
Updated: since writing the below review, I have received my second 15 pro max renewed premium, set it up, and handled the refund from the first one. Amazon customer support also offered me a generous discount on the new phone for all the hassle (which I somewhat needed to initiate asking for, I doubt they would have offered that to begin with). If I had to do it all over again - I would have still gone this route since apple refurbished hasn’t released this model yet, but moving forward- I will probably order straight from apple refurbished next time or just get a new iPhone. When factoring the discount I got on this one that’s one year old, I paid about 2/3 the cost for this compared to the latest model, so I can’t complain. All that said, in general I am one who much more values my time and ease over saving a quick bucks. Especially if that quick buck saved costs me HOURS of my life in hassle. If you’re like me in that sense - proceed with caution. I trust Amazon will help make it right if you don’t get a great phone as expected, but even if that’s the case, you’re probably in for quite the hoops to jump through in order to make that happen. Here’s my original, unedited review: I ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max refurbished and it arrived last night. After spending a good 3+ hours setting it up, I realized the lens for the main camera was broken. From the outside, you can’t see any issue. It wasn’t until I opened up the camera app that I actually saw it didn’t work. “Renewed Premium” carries a certain standard with it, and this certainly does not meet that in the slightest. On top of that, upon calling customer support, I was told that I would not be able to do anything unless I deactivated the phone and remove my Apple ID from it. Wouldn’t have been the end of the world if I needed to go back to my other phone for a bit, however, in order to set up this phone with the eSIM, deactivated my previous SIM card. Upon explaining all of that to customer support, I was told there was nothing they could do unless I deactivated this phone (leaving me without a phone until they received this and shipped me a new one) I was then told to call Apple to see what they can do, when honestly, this is their mistake. Either way, I called apple and it was going to be another set of hoops to jump through with scheduling appointments and all that. Plus since I didn’t have apple care, if they needed to repair the camera, I would still be without a phone. So even if Apple was able to help fix this, the issue of me not having a phone would still be there. Had I broken this camera myself - I would certainly except those terms given there’s not much else I could do. However, this was given to me in this condition and for Amazon to leave me with the responsibility of fixing their mistake due to carelessness in inspection and quality control is absurd. So whether I like it or not, I am now STUCK with the responsibility of cleaning this up since my account is connected to this phone now. What at one point could have been a great gift to myself has turned into the biggest hassle I’ve experienced buying/returning anything, probably ever. I’m going to give this one more shot as I’ve now ordered another iPhone from them to be delivered shortly, however, it’s also required me to spend another ~$1000 in having that iPhone sent prior to me getting my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Even if this next phone is perfect, I’m likely never going to order from the Amazon refurbished store again. I’ll either go straight to Apple refurbished, or brand new, for any of my future phone/laptop/device purchases. On top of all this hassle, I’ll certainly have to spend another few hours setting up my replacement phone once it arrives. All the time I’ve invested into this so far has NOT been even close worth the “nice discount” on a premium refurbished phone that should have arrived without issue to begin with. Amazon - take note. Change your policies. Making this the customer’s mess to clean up is not acceptable. Potential buyers - BEWARE of the risks. I’ll plan to update this review if anything changes. But like I said, even if the next phone I ordered is perfect, I still give this a 1-star review for all the hassle and lack of responsibility the company took to resolve this. P.s. i’ll also add that I am a quite understanding and peaceful person. The person I spoke with from customer support was doing his absolute best to help me, but this was clearly a bigger issue than he had the power to solve. I requested to have this escalated to upper management and was told the same thing. Whoever is the one making decisions about what can and can’t be done needs to hear about this.

Great Quality at a Discount
Color: Black Titanium
Service provider: Unlocked
Memory Storage Capacity: 256 GB
Product grade: Renewed Premium
Like-new Apple iPhone with almost 100% battery health when I first received it. Flawless operation over the last 18 months of ownership and it still has a 91% rating in battery health. Saved about $300 when compared to a new 15 Pro Max, 256GB iPhone purchased from Apple at list price. I have purchased other "Renewed Premium" iPhones from Amazon over the last 10 years, and have always been highly satisfied with the phones!

Very good, decent battery
Color: Black Titanium
Service provider: Unlocked
Memory Storage Capacity: 256 GB
Product grade: Renewed
Phone came without any scratches or dents, 84% percent battery health. No major complaints however it came a little dirty around the camera lenses and the packaging protection was a little weak with thin foam around the sides so be weary of that if shipping overseas. It would be five stars if it weren't for the reasonably low battery.

Powerful iPhone with a Premium Design
Color: Black Titanium
Service provider: Unlocked
Memory Storage Capacity: 256 GB
Product grade: Renewed
The Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max is a great option for anyone looking for a high-end smartphone without necessarily paying full price for a brand-new model. The Black Titanium finish looks sleek and premium, and the overall design feels modern and durable. The 6.7-inch display is one of the standout features. The screen is bright, sharp, and great for watching videos, browsing the internet, taking photos, and using apps. The ProMotion display also makes scrolling and animations feel smooth and responsive. The camera system is another major highlight. The different camera options make it easy to take detailed photos in a variety of situations, while the video quality is excellent for recording everyday moments. The 5x telephoto camera is especially useful when you want to capture subjects from farther away. The performance is very fast thanks to the A17 Pro chip. Apps open quickly, multitasking feels smooth, and the phone handles demanding games and other tasks well. The 256GB of storage also provides plenty of room for photos, videos, apps, and other files. Since this is a renewed device, the condition can depend on the individual unit, so it is important to check the seller's description and renewal warranty before purchasing. Being unlocked is a major advantage because it gives you more flexibility when choosing a compatible carrier. The battery life is also good for everyday use, although actual battery performance on a renewed phone can vary depending on its battery health and previous use. Overall, the iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB in Black Titanium is a powerful and premium phone with an excellent display, strong cameras, fast performance, and plenty of storage. For someone who wants a Pro Max experience at a potentially lower price through a renewed model, this is a solid option.

Nice iPhone 15 pro max but defective camera…
Color: Blue Titanium
Service provider: Unlocked
Memory Storage Capacity: 1 TB
Product grade: Renewed
I was very happy until a problem arose with the camera. The shipping was fast, took about two days. The condition of the phone was as described, it was almost like new, my version had a couple of scuffs on the cameras but nothing to noticeable, the screen was almost like new very small scratches but nothing that bothers me. The battery health was 81% which is acceptable and is in the promised ranged. I was very happy with the phone, no over heating issues, screen issues, charging issues, nothing. The phone was great I have been using it for several weeks. Until I noticed a defect with the camera. I’m a very heavy photographer phone user, I loved the camera, until I started taking photos and videos with the 0.5x lens. You noticed a lot of black dots, and it’s very noticeable, it seems to be debris or some sort of damage within inside of the lens, it’s honestly very disappointing, falling in love with the phone and then notice a defect with something as critical to me like the cameras. This has me in a awkward position, I can still return it, get my money back and buy the same phone and hope it isn’t defective, but I’m going to have to go through the hassle of setting up another phone, not having a phone for a few days, and risking for the other phone also be defective or even worse. Ask for an exchange, but it’s more of a hassle since I need to worry about shipping fees, phone not getting accepted etc. or just keep the already working phone and deal with the camera defective for years until I upgrade. Wish me luck.
