Ordered based off of other reviews. Was time to get our 12 year old his first phone. A new iPhone with my carrier was $1,000 with no existing phone to trade in. Took a chance on Amazon Renewed iPhone 12 Mini. At this price, if we lost it, broke it, or whatever- it was a good business case. Phone was sent FedEx shipping and had it in one day. You couldn't tell the phone was ever used. Came with pre-installed screen protector with no "bubbles"- better than I could have installed one honestly. Packaging was supurb, and came with a used charging brick in great condition, and what appeared to be a new charging cable to match. Phone stated it was unlocked. Tried to add new line with phone to my carrier plan and ran into issue. Called carrier, and they did a few resets to the carrier profile of the phone, and verified it was unlocked. Within 30 minutes had the phone up and running. Box stated the battery to be 85%, and that was verified in the phone's settings to be correct. No issues at all, phone holds a full charge alomst as well as any new iPhone I have ever purchased for 4x the cost. Did not have high hopes for Renewed, but turns out this was like getting a pretty much new device, so my expectations were far exceeded. Told my wife I would not hesitate to go this route on another Renewed iPhone when my existing iPhone is paid off with my carrier, and save a monthly equipment payment going forward. Sure it is not the latest iPhone, but honestly- most of the improvements that the end-user really sees every year is in the camera- not so much a fancy new chip with marginal speed improvements on the same phone form factor. Is that worth $1,000 a year- that is a personal decision. Great purchase experience and value. For purchasing a phone for a teenager where you are worried about losing or breaking, this is a great option that one should explore before plunking down money on a risky purchase with a new carrier phone financed over 2-years. Also saves paying up to $20 a month for an insurance plan on said phone.

Bought a renewed iPhone 12mini for $264. I was skeptical at first but read the thousands of positive reviews. I am very happy. Phone works perfect. Looks like new. Battery health is at 84% which is great. If you want to save money on a like new iPhone. Buy a renewed phone. I will be back for another in a few years. Most likely a 14.

Recieved renewed iPhone 12 mini, Overall I am pleased. The phone looks new no scratches or dents etc. The phone works well, so far so good . I am however a little disapointed that the battery health was only 82%. Most of the reviews that I read before I made the purchase had battery health much higher than that. Will see how it goes.

I decided to get this phone is acceptable condition, and was not disappointed. The phone battery health came in at 85%. I was impressed to see the cameras, speakers, and charging ports were all in great working order. The phone itself was well packaged and included a charger, and charging brick. There were some scuffs on the metal frame of the phone, but both front and back glass panels arrived uncracked. I couldn't be happier with this purchasing experience.

I bought this phone in excellent condition about 6 months ago and have been using it daily since. I'm a teenager and I'm on my phone pretty regularly. It had 100% battery capacity when I bought it, which since dropped to 98%, which isn't terrible. About a week ago my phone randomly died and restarted, which was weird because it was on full battery, but I thought maybe it updated or something. When it restarted it read as "0% battery" and I kept getting "Important Battery Messages". Basically, my battery suddenly completely died, and every time I'd turn my phone on it'd last about a minute before dying and restarting again. It wouldn't charge at all so I powered it off fully. I took it to get fixed yesterday and paid about $120 for a full battery replacement. Other than the battery, it's an excellent phone and I have no complaints. I love the features and camera. So anyways, be mindful buying that you get what you pay for when buying a refurbished phone, and no used phone you buy will be perfect.

Loving this iPhone! I have no negative comments so far. I read a few reviews complaining of the maximum capacity on the battery of the iPhones they received.. the maximum capacity battery on the iPhone I received is 84%, however I am not complaining! So far I haven’t had any issues! The camera quality is outstanding, the size is perfect, and the quality of the phone itself is superb. This phone was in great shape but when I put a full charge on it and checked the battery health, the battery was only 77%. Per the warranty guaranteeing 80% minimum I have returned this and I’m awaiting my refund. My return was accepted, but I am waiting for notification of the credit. I will update my review of this company pending the prompt receipt of my refund in full.

Update: 6hrs after receiving - Very happy ! Phone was in excellent shape, even tho I ordered "good" condition . I looked closely but couldn't find any blemishes to finish. Wiped clean for easy set up, using "transfer info from old phone". Battery was at 95% health. Very satisfied with purchase. (only star- ding was for packaging) Just delivered: ... packed in a thin envelope of bubble wrap and thrown loosley into a carboard box, which was put in a paper envelope. Box was damaged but no discernable damage to phone (sheer luck!). My first reaction was to return because of flattened box, but I will inspect/test phone thoroughly.
