I waited a full 8 days before writing a review. I ordered premium refurbished. And honestly, the phone is basically brand new. I purchased an iPhone 12 back in 2021. It has lasted me up until now actually. Front and back screen are both busted, speakers are sucky but they are probably just dirty. I put a tempered glass protector on it and gave it to my 6 year old to play Minecraft on. My point in saying that is the iPhone 12 has served me so well that I purchased pretty much the same phone. Just purple. I see no point in buying the newest number iPhone. I needed to replace my busted on after 4 years of owning it and was confused enough to not stray far at all from the trusty 12. I would recommend getting this. If you are like me and frugal, want your moneys worth etc, just get the premium version that way you know for sure it’ll be in very good shape! I was too worried I’d get scammed buying from FB marketplace and too cheap to buy brand new. And I’m glad I went with this option! Oh and I see many people complain about the battery life but this one’s battery max capacity is at 93%. Whereas my old iPhone 12 that I bought 4 years ago brand new was at 80%. Full charge lasts me pretty much all day! Speakers are VERY loud that I can’t watch any videos at max volume, and the screen brightness is perfect! Also it’s purple. And as Bella says in Twilight, “Purples cool.” I’d post photos and videos but I’m writing this review from the phone. Not a single scratch, dent, or crack on this! ... show more

I should have taken a screen shot of the original listing for this renewed iphone 12, but i could have sworn it said renewed to include USB-C charging (instead of mifi) which is why i chose it. Alas, it was NOT usb-c, and honestly not sure if that was even a possibility, but i was disappointed. that said, it is in otherwise great condition and my 11 year old is happy with the like new iphone. screen and case look brand new, and works great. i just had to buy more chargers, but was glad to see it included a charger too. ... show more

Like New. Over the years I have purchased many both new and used iPhones. This one was like new, but cost far less. For me it was worth it to purchase the iPhone with the one full year warranty through Amazon. Cost more but still not as much as from Apple. And, so far, so good. I have had this almost three months and nothing has gone wrong. Everything is perfect, functions just like I got a new one straight from Apple. In fact, when I checked the IMEI history it had never been registered before. As for this iPhone specifically, I have found the battery life to be excellent. Unlike any iPhone I have had before, this one needs charging only every other day, not every day. Not everyone would get that result because many people use their phones more than I do. However, my usage has not changed from my previous iPhones and none of the others has ever lasted two days on a charge. ... show more

This is the 2nd defective premium renewed iphone Ive bought on amazon that is defective. Im royally pissed at this point. Just got the phone on 10/7/23 and am charging it however this phone DOES NOT TURN ON! Im at the point where I will never buy another phone on Amazon ever again. Returning it!!!! Day 2 after finally getting the phone charged. Suddenly the "no sim" notification shows in the settings, I tried to send texts and make calls with this phone less than 24 hours after ownership and even had Apple tech support try everything to get this phone working. Hardware defective was the final conclusion. My iPhone 6 works a thousand times better than any premium renewed Amazon phones Ive bought. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Save your money. ... show more
