I just got the iPad Pro 9.7 and I have only been using it for a few days, but I can say that it was packaged extremely well. The company does require signature confirmation when it is dropped off unless you declined it with UPS. It looked like a brand new iPad when I opened the package. There was absolutely no scratches on the screen. I immediately popped it into its cover. The IPad Pro 9.7 did not have a charge when it arrived. However, it did come with the actual Apple branded iPad 12 volt block and Apple branded cord. I left it to charge overnight and it reached 100% charge in the morning. It Is still at 81% after three days with occasionally use. The battery symbol is a little different than the one on my iPhone 7 so it may not be an actual Apple branded battery. I am not sure. The iPad Pro 9.7 is just the right size for me. I already had the 57 pencil - not the Apple Pencil - which worked immediately without requiring any set up at all. With the four year warranty, I feel confident that I have purchased a great product. ... show more

iPad came defective. Battery drains in 2 hrs and seller is not ready to refund more then 10%. Very disappointed

Looks quite new. If there are any scratches of any sort, I can't tell. First thing I did was put a screen protector on it, and it went on perfect with no bubbles! I would definitely recommend, and will probably be buying a few more for my kids (teenagers) in the future. Excellent value for the price. Update, July 5th 2024 - still super happy with my purchase! I’ve had to change out the screen protector a few times and change out the case, but overall, the equipment has been spot on! Love everything about this little gem! If you are on the border about a refurb, don’t worry. This was the most bang for my buck picking a model that was compatible with Apple Pencil for photo editing and more. My favorite new toy! Great value.

    • Not sure if I like my iPad Pro but I did get it fast delivered
I received my iPad Pro within a couple of days. When I opened box it was in new condition. No scratches but it was completely dead and using the charger that I received with it took like 8 hours to charge I previously owned an iPad 2 and with the pro there are some differences but still not sure if it was worth the money to upgrade to pro since nothing was wrong with my iPad 2. The sound is better and I have a lot more gb but other than that I'm not sure if I'm happy with my purchase. I would order from them again though ... show more

The tablet does not charge at all. I tried to charge it with the charger arrived with it but it did not charge. So I tried to charge it with 3 other chargers which actually work with my other Apple devices, but still, no result. I had to send it back! I don't know who makes the quality controls on these refurbished devices, but sending a device that doesn't work is no more than a scam! ... show more
