I purchase three of these, they all look and work great too. Yes they are unlocked and can be used with all carriers. The TM**ile clerk tested a sim on it in the store and he said it worked but after I purchased 2 sim cards and data and tried to use them they wouldn't work. They said they were experiening issues with towers or something for tablets. So I got refunded. Also, I tested Spri** and at*t and Cri*k*t so far and the internet worked. Veriz** customer service said it will work on their Network too but I haven't tested it yet. Maybe some one else can test other carriers and let us know. Great seller! ... show more

Arrived in great shape. Simply a very good value. I used to own he 12 inch unit and it was almost as big and bulky as my MacBook when a case/keyboard is added and impractical to hold even without a case. I did love the pencil aspect. Fast forward to this 9.7" which is the same as the air series in terms of size but with a nicer screen and pencil support. So I can use as a regular iPad with more power and beefier speakers, but connect to my MacBook to use as a drawing tablet or use the pencil in apps like OneNote. LTE connectivity is great and a must because if you don't think you will need it, you will eventually one day. And then you can pop in a prepaid or regular sim and be on your way. Most plans these days charge $10 a month for an added sim to share your data plan on a tablet, and of course with wifi everywhere you won't use data unless you know it. ... show more

I purchased a refurbished iPad with full understanding that it won’t function as new, however the issue with the iPad was not disclosed prior to purchase. The iPads battery life sucked. The first day out of the box I couldn’t even set it up because the battery would not charge pass 5% and would cut off. I finally let the batter charge to full and it was inaccurate. Within 5 minutes of active use the battery life drops in increments of 25-50. Absolutely unacceptable. This was for my 3 year old son for Christmas thinking it would be perfect and inexpensive I rather spend my money on a brand new Apple device from Apple than to ever shop with this seller again. Or purchase anything refurbished for this matter. ask questions before purchase don’t be like me. ... show more

I immediately installed all of my illustration programs, and Square app for my point of sail and the iPad Pro was off and running without a hiccup. I bought this in Sept 2019, I was nervous, but I used constantly, no issues, the condition looked Brand New, got a charger, with it, at that time they gave me 90 days to return, so I felt reassured. I also bought a First Generation Apple Pencil, New. It has worked wonderfully Just saw some recent negative reviews today, so I was surprised because the seller has been good with questions I had early on.
