I’m so happy I went with renewed and saved some money. I was able to get more storage and even though this model is a couple years old, it is so fast and in perfect condition. It really looks brand new. Of course you don’t get an OEM box or charger but those things really aren’t worth the hundreds of dollars it would have cost new. What’s important is the Apple experience, saving money for more important things in life, and not being wasteful with our consumption of electronics. The media could not be loaded. Screen is defective won’t even let me go thru the set up. Requested a refund no refund after i have returned his defective product. I had to go thru amazon to get a refund. Sometimes theres a reason why his price is too good to be true. I would not recommend buying from them for 50 dollars difference with the competitors it’s not worth the hassle. ... show more

Going on here, I was worried I'd end up with the wrong cord or defects on the iPad itself, but it was as good as new, wrapped in excellent packaging (although the seal was open, but it seems like part of their process), and they at least sent a USB-C chord. Plus, it came with a cute little "Saving Our Planet" mini brochure, including a 60 day warranty. The media could not be loaded. I ordered an iPad Pro 2018 11inch 1st gen. Everything seems perfect until the upper left on the back is bended where the volume control is.
