Love it. Only issue I ran into so far was when I was making a Memoji; everytime I tap done it doesn't proceed to another screen, maybe it's just a bug (I gotta update the tablet to latest software). Other than that I'm so glad I can use Stage Manager, performance of the tablet overall is nuts. As far as the appearance, there's only a small drop dent somewhere on the bottom side of the iPad but I can cover it with a case, no biggie. Sound is INSANE! Love it with my Beats Studio Pro headphones, everything about it is just amazing. May update (if possible) as I use it more often. UPDATE - April 8, 2024 Best tablet I ever had. Apps work like normal compared to how they acted prior to the first review I left. Logic Pro is SO FUN on this iPad. Everything about it is amazing, especially for a refurbished iPad. I bought this IPP as a supplement for my piano lessons. When I got it I plugged it in and It did not come on. Through some trial and error I thought the chord was bad. Amazon hooked it up and got me a new chord. Seemed OK then I started having trouble getting it to charge. It would give me the tone and the indicator (lightning in the corner) showed it was. I would come back later and it had not charged. Again fenagle it and it would charge. I called Amazon support and they said switch plugs. Well it worked, so I figured maybe it was a screwy outlet. Nope...same thing. I have to plug and re plug into something else. So it is still screwy. My problem is if it goes completely dead I will have a $800 paper weight. It was summer and I am slam busy and do not have time to screw with things so it gets to 1% and I am having trouble getting it to charge...oh crap!! I did get it to work. I lose 14% power per day just sitting there so every 6 days I have to make sure I charge it. Problem is now I have lost my window and Amazon will not supply any support whatsoever. I feel it is there responsibility to make it right since it has been an issue since day one. So the moral of the story is be on it. If you get a renewed amazon product and you have a gut feeling it is not right trade it out immediately!! Sorry Amazon you missed the mark on this one for me. ... show more

Love this iPad. The only problem I’m having is with charging. I bought two different chargers, and for some reason when you plug it in, it doesn’t always charge without you moving the cord. I just received my iPad and so far, it’s Perfect! You wouldn’t even know it was refurbished! They even added a screen protector which saves me money on getting one. I’ll update after a few weeks to see how well it works.
