Initially the screen sensitivity was poor but no big deal, i got it for kinda cheap right.. but once i had it for a few months, it started randomly turning off and back on (rebooting) back to back. I got no more than 4 months use out of it and can’t trade it in because it’s not functional. When i took it to Best Buy geek squad they said it’s likely a hardware issue and is basically trash as far as Apple is concerned. ... show more

BUY FROM SPACEBOUND!!! Just received this beautiful iPad Pro... will be a Christmas gift for my 12 year old daughter. It came in original apple packaging with original charger. It even had the cellophane over the apple box! The unit looks brand new. There are no scratches and no flaws whatsoever! My daughter will open for Christmas and set it up. I will follow up if needed. I bought one from a different vendor (same amazon product/page) earlier (12/2/19) and it was garbage! The case was in terrible condition (dented and scratched badly in numerous places) and the home button would stick and catch as if the case damage had caused it to be slightly misaligned. The one from SPACEBOUND was about $50 more but trust me and BUY FROM SPACEBOUND!!! ... show more

I did quite a bit of research in trying to find the right ipad for myself. In the end, this product had all the features I was looking for in a portable drawing tablet. Ipads are expensive so I know id be looking for a refurbished one. After juggling around a few options I landed with this seller as the safest bet. I'm glad I did. full disclosure, i am an apple fan-boy and like most products i get from the Cupertino company. The renewed item came in like-new condition and is working perfectly. I use it to take notes, watch movies/shows, draw, and browse the interweb and it does all that very well. battery life is good and i usually go about 3 days on a single charge (2/3 hours on the ipad/day) - i got the apple pencil and the keyboard and it all works together well.
