    • Battery Won't Charge Anymore
The battery started having issues charging about a month ago. Haven't had for seven (7) months and already having battery issues. I've tried different cords and different power stations. Other devices charge just fine in same locations with same cords. There is no way to reach out to seller and I now have a useless ipad mini. This is unacceptable and Amazon should take care of this. ... show more

oh my goodness! This mini iPad is in like brand new condition, great packaging(not original box) but it came safely packaged with a super power cord that charged from 0-100 in 5 minutes!! I didn’t choose expedited shipping nor do I have prime(shame on me) but it was delivered by fedex in 2 days! Like many other reviewers my device also came with a screen protector and a card stating that It was placed by professionals(and it shows) listen do not hesitate to buy!     • Ehhhh...still in review....
I bought this iPad for my son for Christmas and he has only used it forl less than 24 hours and it shuts off at 50-58%! I called amazon support and they called apple and they ran a diagnostics. Battery test passed and Susan from Apple support told me to keep an eye on it because she thought it was the battery anyway and I may need to take it to the apple store to have them run the full battery test. After doing an iTunes restore, iPad was at 82% and dropped to 74% in less than 5 minutes WITHOUT even installing any of the previous apps! I’m convinced it is the battery BUT I am going to give it 2 more days since my 11 year old is pretty disappointed. We’ll see if it continues doing the same thing so I will update this review. I just ordered this for Christmas and the Ipad came in 2 days via FEDEX. It looks brand new but if it wasn't for the old Verizon charger plug and the different color cable I would have said it was brand new. Unfortunately my Ipad did not come with a screen protector :-( I do like that it was fully charge and the set up was quick. ... show more
