This thing worked great…..for a month and a half. Now it will not charge….at all. I have tried different cables and different positions for the cables. The charging indicator will come on for about 2 seconds then go off. It will not charge at all now.     • "Must have slipped through the cracks"
We had issues from the first time we fired up the IPad Air. It was obvious that something was wrong with the battery charging, and the unit randomly shutting down. When I called the seller, their deadpan response was "Well, this one must have slipped through the cracks." It is hard to believe that a unit this faulty made it through even the most causal of refurbishment inspection. I was promised that they will double check the replacement unit prior to sending. Please be aware of the poor quality of this product. After a week or two this thing refused to work and I sent it back for a refund but got declined. Thankfully, Amazon customer service helped me out!!

got this as a Christmas gift plus insurance. Had a full battery and would shut off after 5mins saying it needed to be charged. Never got to use it. I think Amazon needs to really test these refurbished iPads a little better

    • Battery life is a bit short
The IPad Air 2 is a replacement for one that was stolen. Works with all the accessories I had for my prior IPad Air 2, but the battery life is shorter than my previous one, which had 2 years of use. This one runs a bit hot too. But, it was reasonable and cheaper than a refurb in the Apple Store. Well wrapped for shipping, but it’s not the same in a brown cardboard box. ... show more
