We are hesitant to buy a renewed product but the IMac came in pristine condition and securely packed. The system looks like brand new. The Reuse Vendor customer service is very prompt and helpful in answering all our questions. It was stated in the specs as 8GB Ram but we got 16GB with the system. Out of 4 Ram slots 2 are installed with 8GB each and I still can upgrade Ram to 32 GB in total. I was able to upgrade to latest iOS(Monterey) . This imac is more than I expected! It looks and works just like a new machine! It also came with an apple wired keyboard and apple wired mouse (which are fine with me--I was expecting generic and these are great!) I wanted a new imac because my old 2009 one worked perfectly, but wasn't compatible with much of the software I use. I also added 16 g of ram to it and I run Photoshop all day--it was great before, but now it is EXTRA! I saved so much money by buying this one. Overall I’m satisfied. The shipping box could have been packed more. I did notice a little movement when receiving box. Upon opening box no damage from shipping. No cracks or scratches on screen. A few minor cosmetic blemishes on aluminum. When powering on it would boot into the manager instead of the OSX. Luckily I had a bootable usb with High Sierra. Started the install for high sierra after restart I guess it put necessary boot files on HDD. It booted to Mojave. Advertised as 8GB ram but mine was 16GB. Was advertised having 1TB HDD but mine was 2TB. For $565 it’s worth it. Came with usb Mac keyboard and mouse. I will be getting the Magic Mouse and Keyboard in the future also more ram. ... show more

I was really looking forward to receiving this iMac, after never purchasing a refurbished product. I opened the package and removed the plastic and bubble wrapping from the desktop screen and shards of glass fall all over my desk and in my hands.. very disappointed.. never again.

It was a smart purchase, I wouldn't have received anything similar if it was new. It came with original magic mouse and keyboard, however, the power cord that came with the iMac was generic and it burned the second day! As soon as this happened, I contacted the seller and he sent me a new power cord, this time the original one. So this far it has been running smoothly. I highly recommend it, mostly because if anything wrong happens, you have warranty. :) ... show more

Hi. I've been using this for a few weeks since purchased. Long story; she wants to work from home, and since they dont wanna fix her mbp bc of a gpu issue that keeps happening. i decided to give her my old 2012 mbp 16 gb of ram and hopefully get an upgrade. So i decided to buy a "MNE92LL/A" which if u check everymac(google) it says is a 2017 ram caps at 64 gb. i thought ok that'll work. paid for it. waited. finally showed up after ups held it for an extra day. When it finally got here and i finally plugged it in to my surprise it wasnt the 2017 64 gb max ram imac i thought, but instead it was a 2019 128 GB RAM CAP imac. The LAST IMAC WITH A MECHANICAL DRIVE. The imac 2020 has its drive(ssd or w/e u select) soddered to the underbelly of the motherboard. With that said if u head on over to apple.com and u do the 2020 27" imac with 64 gb of ram it costs 2700+ and if u want the 128 GB max. thats 4,399$. I barely spent 1700 on my stuff. you do the math 4399 - 1700. To whoever packaged this. You made my pandemic. Ty sir / ma'am. even the box it came shipped in said it should've been a 2017 imac with 64 gb ram MAX. Soon i will buy the 128 gb of ram and sell the old 64 to make back 250 of the 600 it costs for the ram, which will give me a 0.1 difference in base GPU as the 2020 and i saved 3049$ Thanks amazon / the reseller i cant think of.. master somethin. go with them lol ... show more

I have to say that this purchase was one of the best values for the money. The iMac arrived in excellent condition. Absolutely no blemishes, scratches, or other imperfections that I could see anywhere with this system. All items were well packaged and secured. The original box was well intact although it had been scuffed up quite a bit. But I don't consider that a drawback as I am sure it had been moved around a lot during storage and refurbishing of the actual iMac. In terms of setup, I had no issues at all. I purchased additional memory for the system separately and it installed w/o a problem. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get refurbished units, especially Apple products. ... show more

    • The setting is not correct
The iMac arrived on time and was packaged great. The keyboard and mouse are windows based but they both work. The problem was the system wouldn’t update and I called Apple online support and they couldn’t get in fixed online. I was told that I could take it to the Apple Store and let them fix it. The store is over 90 miles away from my house. They offered me $35.00 for my troubles but I told them that will not pay for the trip to the Apple Store. I tried to reset it but someone the system wouldn’t let me. I ended up returning it because the company said they didn’t have a replacement for me. But when I looked online they had some but for a higher price. I’m still planning to purchase a iMac and I will probably give the company another try. ... show more
