I did ALOTTT OF RESEARCH, Comparing and I even went to Apple to speak with tech support there and they agreed it was a great buy! It comes with the keyboard and mouse as well, but I did buy the wireless keyboard/mouse instead. But it has tons of space, there isn’t one scratch on it, no problems at all with it, and I just love it! ♥️ I’m glad I went with this one for now until I feel like buying a new one. And as soon as my mom saw it, she bought the same one, only thing is her keyboard was completely different, I have the longer one with numbers on side, she got the smaller keyboard. All I could of asked for. I saw the reviews saying it came with mouse and keyboard but did not really think much of it. It actually came with a nice little mouse and keyboard and works great. Been using for about a month so far. Hoping it will work for a long time but work every penny. It works well for the average operator. Everything runs smooth and can have a bunch of windows run in the background. If you are doing heavy tasks on it, I would probably recommend a newer one.

So much better than the refurbished mac I got from a different company. It's completely intact, missing no hardware (the other had no blue tooth hardware and face time was nonexistent). All of the accessories are apple issued as well. I should send a picture of the leapfrog keyboard the other company sent me. It that situation, I got exactly what I paid for. With this new situation, I feel like apple is going to bust down my door and reclaim what's theirs. In short, I just bought a fully fledged and functional iMac for a non iMac price. The end.

To start with. I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 due to the iMac didn't come with all the software that the Apple site stated that should be on this version of OS X. ie. iMovie. This was the whole reason behind buying this iMac, so that my wife could do some video editing for her youtube channel. And that iMove is not offered by the Apple store for our version OS X 10.11 El Capatan is somewhat disappointing to say the least. We have only had this item for almost a week. After running updates, the systems has changed twice on it's OS. Now it has updated to OS X Monterey 12.4. The item was shipped very quickly. It arrived alot sooner than expected. it was boxed and packaged very well. The case of the Mac has a very small scratch mark but it's no big issue. The Mac also arrived with a new mouse and keyboard and power cable. We elected to use the on board wifi for the web. Every thing seems to be in working order. We also elected for the 2 year warranty since it's an older model. I'm happy with the purchase, just wish it had the movie editing software, that would have been a big bonus. This is my very first Apple PC, very first! It's very different from a Windows PC, very different. Apple products are better at video editing than Windows in my opinion. What we have had to do is search for a editing program. iMovie was free from Apple. But many other's state free. But they are limited to what you can save the end file as. We have chosen to download MoviePad. It states free, but really it's not. So this world of Apple is very different. Many computers now don' t have a DVD drive, this iMac is no different. Would I buy again, an Apple iMac. Yes, but rather I would buy a newer version with software that is at least OS X Sonoma 14.7. This version is alot easier finding programs. When you don't know about certain items, it's hard to really know what to search for or not to search for. It' s only till you get inside of something that you can really know for sure, if an item is worth the investment.

I was a little leery about buying a refurbished iMac, but I couldn't be more happy with the product that I received from the seller "All Out Apple". The iMac came faster than I expected and was extremely well packed. The iMac, itself, looks pristine. I highly recommend this seller to anyone who is looking to buy a renewed Mac. A couple things to keep in mind if you are considering buying this computer: First of all, the hard drive is slow, which in turn slows down the whole computer. You can't open this computer up and replace the hard drive, however you can use a portable Solid State Drive and boot directly off of that once you install a copy of MacOS onto it. If you do this, it will greatly improve the performance of the machine. Another thing to keep in mind if you are trying to decide between different "renewed" iMacs; this one, which is from 2015, not only supports Catalina, but it also will support Big Sur when it comes out later this year. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase.

The absolute worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon, it’s slow and keeps shutting down, this just does not make any sense! It takes at least 10 minutes or more sometimes to load anything, it’s not my internet as my other computer moves very fat on the same wifi, keeps closing the tabs on its own, you cannot be productive with this computer, spear yourself the stress and DO NOT BUY! I really wanted to give it a zero star but had no option but to choose 1 star.

I am a huge Mac fan - I usually buy all my Apple stuff new. I needed an iMac, but was not entirely needing to get something brand new for over $1,000 dollars. The Mac itself works well for the most part. It has slow moments from time to time, but it's from late 2015 so I'm not surprised nor super upset about that. While the description of the item says that accessories may not be original, I received a third-party keyboard and mouse. The packing was nice for them, but the mouse is absolutely horrible. It works, then it stops working, with no warning. I've turned the mouse on and off, the Mac and on off, unplugged the USB. For some reason it is not reliable, which is kind of a turn off. Lastly, what was not mentioned in the description which also aided to me only giving it three stars, is the screen quality. It is most definitely not an Apple Retina display. That being said, it's not a bad display, either. It just stinks when something like that is not mentioned in the product description. Because the screen is not original and seems to be a MUCH cheaper third-party part, I felt that this was an overpriced iMac. Had the screen been original, or at least an Apple-certified replacement, I would be okay with the price. Overall, it's a good iMac. Just wish that they did quality testing of the third party parts and clearly stated in the product description that the screen was not original and lower quality. A bit overpriced for what you actually get.

This was an amazing find! I wanted in iMac that could run some games but I also didn’t spend over $1000. I found this while browsing, I looked at the reviews and a lot of them recommended it, so I ordered it! Honestly, I was pretty scared it would come damaged or not turn on but no, it worked good as new! I will definitely be buying renewed computers in the future, I saved so much money!! (I also loved that it came with a keyboard and mouse !)
