I read a lot of reviews and almost didn’t get this one because of the keyboard/mouse pairing issues I read in a few reviews. But I’ve had no issues ! It comes with a keyboard and mouse already, and once I plugged both of them in, they paired to my computer right away and now I can use them cord free! Setup was super easy and the desktop is extremely clean and no scratches or dents . The picture quality is fireeeee! I just received it yesterday and I’m already working full force on it! Computer arrived in good shape along with a wonky British (?) keyboard and an Apple mouse. While Amazon's product info indicates it was first available in 2018, this must refer to the first time this "renewed" iMac was available. The computer is actually a 2015 model. The 8GB of RAM is a joke if you're looking to get any real work done. Then there's the setup - the iMac boots from a minuscule flash drive with the OS installed. The flash drive is easily updated, but you'll need to initialize the 1TB hard drive before moving on. Kind of a dumb setup but, if you're patient, you'll eventually have a workable computer. So, best to have a decent keyboard on hand and a good supply of RAM as well. ... show more

    • MAC stopped working just after 3 months - what a waste of money
Purchased a new MAC desktop from these guys. Just after 3 months, computer stopped working properly. Contacted seller and they will not do anything about it. Be careful with these purchases. Don’t waste your money with these guys. Product was delivered on March 21 and stopped working on July 2nd.

i don't like to write reviews but this in an exception This mac was listed as a 2019 model. not so if you go to the apple icon on the top left of the home page you will see what year the Mac was released It was sold as 2019 but it is really 2015 I don't like being taken advantage of I am waiting for an answer from Amazon and the seller ... show more

The media could not be loaded. At first i was very upset with this product but after upgrading the software, it’s just perfect i love it If you buy however, make sure you have a mouse and keyboard ready. The one they send is broken, it wont help you much.
