Received the iMAC within a week of ordering it today at 2pm (cst). Unpackaged the device and upon plugging the device in the power failed. Powered up the device again and was able to join to my network, and load my Apple information, but unit power died again. Made several attempts to restart the device, no luck. I don't have time to hope/pray the unit will stay powered up at this point; I requested return labels. will just have to buy a brand new device from Apple. I still love Amazon though. ... show more

    • Dead On Arrival
The screen was black when I turned it on. Speakers worked. It just wouldn't show anything on screen. I turned it off and on multiple times. It's a waste of time and energy to have to ship it back when it was shipped to my house broken.
