Very nicely packaged,and works great! Very easy to set up. The CarPlay connect seamlessly. Only issue would be when doing phone call, the microphone is a little muffled.     • Works for 6 months, then falls apart
I bought this CarPlay about 6 months ago and was in love with it ever since…..until now. The part that plugs into the cigarette lighter came COMPLETELY apart one night after it was being used. It has never showed any signs of wear and tear so it came as a huge surprise when this happened. If you’re looking for something to use short term, this is it, but it’s definitely not meant for long term use like I originally thought. So disappointed and sad! ... show more

In the middle of installing and it all seems nice but the wire for the backup camera is too short to reach the hatch of our Toyota Sienna. There’s nothing in the product description about the backup cable length or no option to purchase and extension for longer vehicles. I contacted support and they only wanted to issue a refund. I advised I didn’t want a refund, just an extension but they refused. Kinda sucks because that would just put me back to square one. Now I have the dash torn apart for the install and have to put it all back together until I can order a longer cable and wait for it to come in. Then take everything back apart again. Product is probably great! But I can’t find out until the cable comes in. That I had to order. Myself. ... show more
