I loved the price was great until I learned it doesn’t have the up to date operating system installed. Can’t download the simple apps like pages. Which is a standard on apple products. The sender won’t reply to my messages. Be careful! I won’t send it back because I’m worried about not getting a refund. Amazon really needs to check these sellers. My Mac came in yesterday (though it had some damage to the back stand) the rest of the system works perfectly fine and I was able to update the Mac to the newest software that Apple offers. Set up was easy, Mac was clean, and no extra hurdles that I had to take (pretty much it was open the box, plug everything in, and presto it work. I have a 2011 Macbook and it is faster than this 2013 renewed iMac desktop. Luckily I bought it at a really good price and it came in really good condition. I did end up buying a wireless Apple Mouse and Keyboard. I’ve only had it about 2 weeks now so we will see how it does during my 90 day return window. ... show more
