We ordered 2 awards before a sales meeting and were pleasantly surprised with the quick turn around and quality. Yes, you will have to choose from the pre-selected text and then personalize but I was fine with that- It was just super small script to figure out what the text was saying so I would take a snapshot and have to blow it up to read it to make sure it read as I wanted it to read. That was my only issue- but it doesn't warrant taking away a star. We would definitely purchase again when needed.

This is a strange issue. I saw this plauge, reasonably priced, and appropriate for an upcoming event. I had to add words to customize. I did so and proceed to order. Order was sucessfl bt whenI return to check, the orer indicated "problem with order". I didn;t see anything, and the wrong,( made sure price tax, and writing were ok. Two days later order comes, and the words are so tiny I can hardly read the bottom. I am not sure what to do. It's a shame becasue other wise its great.
