Good, rugged, light laptop that runs fast enough for most things, and without the cooling fan, you might experience CPU throttling under high workloads, but We've not really experienced this problem. I got this for my son, and he's not playing the highest framerate games, & it's plenty powerful for Roblox. Otherwise, the word processing, web browsing & video watching is no problem for the passive cooling. The long lasting battery is great, too. First time buying a refurb MacBook. My only complaint is the charging cable sometimes says it is charged and sometimes has a constant orange light that it isn't fully charged, even though I keep it plugged in all the time.
