Although it works perfectly it came with large scratches on the back and glass damage at one front corner. It isn’t affecting the operation, just disappointed since the condition was listed as “excellent”. It’s a great imac at a great price though and I appreciate the larger screen after working on a laptop the last year or so.     • Outdated OS that can't be upgraded.
Check your OS. Mind was shipped with Catalina and will not upgrade. Although the computer is working ok, Many apps I can't download due to the OS. If your getting one be sure it will upgrade otherwise you will be stuck with a non upgradable computer. If I could send it back I would

The computer out of the box looks great but once you start using it the processor does show its age. It tends to run very slow and accumulates heat at an alarming rate. Something is definitely not right with this IMAC but due to my need I decided to just put up with the nuances until I could purchase a brand new one. ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised to receive such a fine machine in excellent condition. Only one small scuff on the stand that was buff-able! Also, instead on a 256GB SSD it had a 1TB SSD and instead of 16GB, it came with 20GB! Truly amazing! It was a snap to migrate using migration assistant from my older 2015 to this 2019 model! The packaging was odd but it arrived in one piece. No power cable. I knew I would not get the keyboard or mouse but to not even the power cord was frustrating. For a 2019 SSD it is an ok deal (if you already have the necessary accessories).
