Description

The iMac "Core i5" 2.3 21.5-Inch Aluminum (Mid-2017/Kaby Lake) features a 14-nm "Kaby Lake" 2.3 GHz Intel "Core i5" processor (7360U) with two independent processor "cores" on a single chip, a 4 MB shared level 3 cache, 16GB of 2133 MHz DDR4 SDRAM, a 1TB (5400 RPM) hard drive and an "integrated" Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 graphics processor that shares system memory. It also has a built-in "FaceTime HD" webcam and stereo speakers. This model has a 21.5" 1920x1080 LED-backlit 16:9 widescreen IPS display with a fully laminated glass cover and an anti-reflective coating. The rear of the case is aluminum and is thicker in the middle and tapers to a razor thin 5 mm at the edges. Connectivity includes four USB 3.0 ports, dual Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) ports, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 4.2.

I'm just way too used to my retina display on my MacBook. My eyes go crossed on the iMac for too long, I had to increase the size to read beyond the pixelation. It's a solid computer, does everything I need it to, looks great, etc. No complaints AT ALL except that I should have gone for Retina display for more money, you can see smaller text/images very clearly and I feel like I'm wasting all the screen by magnifying it. But if I don't my eyes start to hurt!!! It's for office work at our restaurant and I only use it a few hours a week, but if I were using it more it would definitely be an issue. ... show more

I purchased this computer last week and received in within a few days, great! I unboxed it and it was beautiful, great! Then I go to set it up and it has a configuration setting on it from whoever had the computer last. I couldn’t click past the setting to continue setting up the computer since the admin was not active. I contacted Amazon’s troubleshooting chat, and while they were nice, they could not help me. I then played detective to find the sellers number, only to find out they were closed for the day. In the mean time I spent all evening trying to figure out how to factory reset my computer. DO NOT DO THAT. Now my computer will only turn on and load to a blank screen. I contacted the seller again today, since they are supposed to be open, and I am still getting a voicemail saying they are closed. I’ve seen good reviews for this seller, and really bad ones. Take this as a sign to purchase from someone else who actually checks their products. ... show more

Good description, accurate! The shipper had box sitting in a puddle before arriving, Fedex. Half of the box rotted of computer exposed to open air. It works fine though

Don't buy this computer unless you want to spend hours doing a factory reset and disc erase. The specs on this listing say this comes with MacOS Catalina. It actually comes at MacOS Seirra. This program is so outdated that you won't even be able to use basic websites. If you have the time to reset the computer and reprogram it, it will program to MacOS Ventura. Which is the latest version of MacOS. Overall, the computer itself came in great condition. Shipped fast, but was an extreme headache beyond this point.
