I initially had some issues with this as I was locked out but customer support really helped me make things work. I will say this is a great sleek design overall. Don’t try any form of gaming through this. Macs are meant for typing and editing which this computer does well overall. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Buyer beware!!! when you recieve this computer check the serial number with apple to verify that you recieved the correct computer. We purchased imac 2017 in February and it quit working in the beginning of June. When I tried to use he warranty that i purchased with it was a 2013 model and the serial number did not match what the seller claimed not was. If it had not quit working we would not have known they sent us a different computer than the stated. Now we a stuck witha junk computer becouse the seller possible did a bait and switch and I have no way to prove it. Amazon will not help with the matter either. Will return and update the review if anything happens since it is still very early, but as of now (the day of delivery) it's a 5/5. It arrived a week early, was correctly packaged and labeled, came with a keyboard and mouse, has 0 physical damage, and has fully updated and downloaded all my necessary software/files in less than 50 minutes of opening it up.     • Great replacement for vintage/antique iMac.....
The computer arrived from the seller four days before Amazon's expected delivery date at check-out. That was appreciated, but would've been a problem if I'd had it delivered to my house. The computer, keyboard and mouse were in new condition. The bubble wrap was custom fitted and worked well to protect the products. With tech help we were able to move over from my really old mother's REALLY old Apple desktop. So happy we bought a cheaper renewed computer! ... show more

FIrst attempt at an iMac. Looked brand new. Ported my old Acer laptop over and all looked good except for some programs and apps not transferring. Lots of updtaes to do. Eventually found out that I couldn't get apps from the app store or access certain systems settings. I worked with several different Amazon support personel to try and fix the problem. I even reloaded the latest OS but that did not help. Both Amazon and myself tried to contatc the seller but never got a response. Finally sent it back to Amazon for a refund because it was still under warranty. I would not recommend this seller. Five stars for Amazon support. ... show more
