The visual condition of this MacBook Air was great. Just one little scratch on the backside of the computer. Everything else was perfect…. Except the M looks like an upside W. Not sure if that is normal or not. The battery life seems to be short. The battery lasts, maybe, 2 hours. I hadn’t owned a MacBook Air before, and it’s pretty much like an iPad with a keyboard. I will definitely buy a mouse, as it’s difficult to get around without knowing the shortcut keys. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. I just wish the battery lasted longer. ... show more

    • Nothing was mentioned about the screen glitch
Found out later that the screen has a malfunction mode which changes the color of the screen in different colors and nothing seems to fix it also it was not said that it can not be upgraded so i can not download garage band etc… i am not a happy camper but i am far away to get to the gas station!

Tek Galaxy is a great retailer. I bought a re-conditioned machine that devolved a glitch after about 45 days. The customer service was very attentive and accommodating. Turned the annoyance of the hardware glitch into a good relationship!

    • Died after 5 months
It died after 5 months. I've been an IT for 15 years and tried everything to get it going again. Emailed the company, granted its outside of the 90 days, but it hasnt even been 6 months and they told me. "Sorry. It's out if our warranty" I'd never work this company again. Change my mind
