I only got one eyebrow done, then the pencil was dried out, really. It is not worth sending the eyebrow pencil back , because it would cost more to return. The product is good, and it's easy to apply. It doesn't rub off or come off easily, so you will need to use makeup remover to get it off. I'm definitely going to order again, in a lighter color. I would have given more stars, but it is extremely hard to get the cap off.

When I just received it I applied it on my forearm and took a shower. The "drawing" stayed perfectly clear and well-defined through water and soap. The forklike applicator makes it very easy to apply and it looks very natural. I went through chemotherapy for several months and I lost my eyebrows (together with the rest of my body hair). This product made me feel very comfortable during that time.
