  • great bike. Easy to assemble
Bought for my wife, great bike. Easy to assemble. Holds up great too. The shipping box was trashed by UPS, the driver tried to run off w/o a signature. I almost refused it because of some large holes in the box, not knowing if something was missing or not. So the only complaint, is the box isn't very sturdy that they ship it in and UPS likes to play soccer with the boxes...other than that, this was a great bike for the price. ... show more

I am at a three right now. The packaging on this bike was horrible, It was all torn up and hard to move since the bike was just thrown in there and would just move all around when you moved the box. Gives you a good understanding of why the box was all torn up. I am also struggling with the direction on how to assemble. I am slowly working through it but they are not super helpful. I am at the point of adjusting the front brakes. All in all, it looks pretty good assembled and I am unsure of how it rides yet. All in all, I like it so far. ... show more

  • Have a local pro assemble it.
Bike arrived wrapped in heavy plastic wrap and partially assembled. After two hours putting it together and tweaking brakes the gear assembly on the rear sprocket broke in half on 3rd pedal rotation. Not a purchase I should have made online. If you buy it also pay for professional assembly.

  • Great bike, zero issues.
Bough it for my 11 year old Christmas 2015. She's had it one year and rides it daily to school. The bike works well and we have had zero issues with it. I'm 5'6 and it fits me pretty well with room for anyone taller. It's beautiful and comfortable. Note: I did have someone professionally assemble it and make sure the adjusted this for my daughter. ... show more

Bought it for my wife. Heavier then expected. Package was all torn up and had holes in it, and the front wheel was slightly bent. Didnt realized the wheels was bent until i assembled the bike. I would definelty check the box that it comes in... if its all torn up and have holes, return it without even opening it. Other then the slight bent wheel, everything else was good. Luckily a local bike shop fixed the bent wheel for free. ... show more

  • You'll have to pay someone to put it together
It's beautiful and impressive looking. The only bad thing was I had to pay a bike store to put it together, which cost another $100. I was shocked how difficult it was to put together so consider yourself forewarned.

  • Great for leisure/transportation riding- not the best for performance.
BASED on the purchase price, this is a great bike. It's prefect for some leisure, low demand riding. Don't expect the same performance you'll get from a $1k+ mountain bike & you'll be happy. Shifting uphills or under load shows some of it's shortcomings & you'll need to keep the derailers tuned up, but it's a great bang for your buck bicycle. Just make sure you take your time or have someone who is capable do the initial assembly. ... show more
