  • Remove vent tube stopper to avoid oil leak. Review of bike.
Not sure why I can’t add pictures. Make sure you remove the black stopper on the clear hose above rear tire to avoid pressure build up which will cause an oil leakage on left side of the bike. Mine started leaking oil and I followed the tube to the casing unit and found the hose was pinched. It was not a seal gone bad. So remove black stopper on clear hose, follow black hose that the clear hose is connected to and look for a kink. I Straightened it out and no more oil leak from the case unit. Great bike for the price. After I put it together, put gas in it, it started right up. Changed the oil after letting it warm up after first start. I used some motorcycle 10w 40. Don’t over fill. I put about 500mL of oil in it. Using 93 octane for gas. It’s been doing great. Very fast when you get on it. Pops a small wheelie when I get on it from first to second in the yard. I don’t do it too much. Still letting the break in cycle set in. I ordered it March 28th and it arrived 3 or 4 days later. Way before expected. I love this bike. I have a new carb on the way which is taking way longer to get here than the bike did. You can find YouTube vids on new carb with this bike. So order your bike and a new carb on the same day. It’s a fun bike. The bike is taller than I thought it would be, but I like that. I’m 27. I’m 6’1 about 160lbs. I highly recommend this bike. Took about 2.5hrs to build. Needed help lifting the seat while I bolted in suspension bolt. Very easy to work on mechanical wise if you’ll ever need to. What are you waiting for? Buy it! I researched a lot and read and watched multiple reviews and I went for it. Glad I did. Also the seller, Moto is very helpful when it comes to fast response emails and customer service. Way better customer service than you’d get on any of the powersports websites. Order here and you’ll get a great bike and great customer service! ... show more

  • Surprising quality.
It arrived via freight on a pallet. Directions were easy to follow requiring minimal tools to assemble. I used what I already had to make it easier (impact driver, wrenches, etc.). The first time I took it out was in Arizona at Table Mesa. First time I dropped it I supermanned over the handlebars and broke off the front brake lever. It was easy to fix (1 bolt and $10 on Amazon). It started right up each time I dropped it. I was surprised. I did not buy the recommended carburetor some reviews recommended. The bike runs fine without it as far as I can say so far. I start it up once a week and rip around my neighborhood once or twice just to make sure everything isn’t gummed up. Starts up each time. ... show more

  • not bad, but could be improved upon for the 2019 model
rated for 6kw but really makes like 9kw the carb should be swapped to a keihin 27mm and it'll have wonderful throttle response, the rear shock is of cheaper quality, the mounting holes aren't a perfect fit so it needs a larger diameter bolt, and then the bushings inside the mounting holes aren't very good so anytime the suspension gets a decent impact and has to unload quickly it'll make a clunk noise. But fast Ace does sell a shock for it. My only gripe is the lack of part specifications and the terrible rear brake lever mount if they used quality parts where they didn't they could sell a ton of these and people would swear by them. But with a little love it can still be a respectable pitbike or even something that hangs out with 65s on the track Top speed is 50 it cruises at 40 humbly And the 2018 model has a very loud exhaust, it sounds great absolute earcandy but it's LOUD ... show more

  • great 125cc bike
Bike came in 6 days from order, put it all together and it's a fun little bike. for the price can't beat it. I will say purchase a mikuni vm22 carburetor with pilot/main jet kit and tune to your throttle needs "it really wakes the bike up" It actually has a nice ride height "36.5in" and good size tires as well 17in front/ 14in rear. It takes 93 ethanol free gas, 10w40 non synthetic oil. All in all not a bad purchase at all p.s. threadlocker is key for these China bikes. Keep your bolts in place! UPDATE*** I purchased a racing cdi, installed it and now the bike runs really well! no rev limit and has good acceleration in all gears.... all in all for the price of these 125cc bikes, a mikuni carburetor and a 5 pin performance CDI you can't beat the amount of fun you have. I live on 310 acres and a lot of it is very steep. this bike can actually climb well ... show more

  • Perfect for a medium sized yard.
Changed the oil before starting it. This bike is an absolute blast, and it fits me just fine at 6’1”. It makes more power than I expected even with the stock carb. The clutch seems a little wacky. It has an exterior spring, and mine seems to be a little weak. Sometimes it does not want to let all the way out due to cable friction and the weak spring. I may have to come up with a solution at some point either by lubricating the cable or restricting the spring. ... show more

  • it is perfect for my size
What can i say other than you get what you pay for. Either way for the price you either get a new bike that you will have to work on, or you can go get a used bike you will have to work. Keep tools handy, you will need them. Day one first 10 minutes of running shaft seal started to leak. Had to push it back in. So stock up on them. For that i take away one star. Its not a hard part to change. As far as size I am 5'10" 180 LBS. this bike is tall, it is perfect for my size. The bike runs good and starts good. ... show more

  • Great customer service
Very fast shipping. R&L carrier driver fantastic. Easy assembly. I did have a problem with faulty part and I contacted seller and new part was shipped out right away. This DB-x18 looks and runs very good. Great starter bike or just having fun dirt bike. Was not sure if I wanted to order it due to many bad reviews but so glad I did. Customer service was great. The bike looks and runs great. This is not a $8,000 bike and I think most people think they are getting one of those. This is a good product at a great price and I would recommend this for sure. ... show more

  • Outstanding in every way
I absolutely love this bike! I've ridden a few bikes over the years but to be able to get a nice 125cc for under $2k is unreal. Minor assembly was required obviously but overall. This has been a great buying experience for a dirtbike of this quality. 100% recommend this if you are a beginner wanting a good cheap bike. ... show more
