Works really good. Minimal pressure needed for the heavy algae areas. Wish the handle was longer for larger tanks for us shorter people. But overall, a great brush.

    • Removes algae well, a bit awkward to use
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1) Color: Assorted
First I would say this is made very well. It has a nice sturdy long handle and the scrubbing pad is thick and a very good scrubber. The issue for me is the thickness of the padding overall. It can be pretty tricky to get between the glass and plants, decorations etc. I am also not sure how well the angle of the scrubber to handle works. I tend to have to use it holding it just one way, if I try the other side of the padding I can only go down so far on the glass before I hit plants or decorations with the handle. One thing is that it does not scratch the glass, and if you have some heavy duty algae you can really get in there and scrub hard and it will come off. I alternate this scrubber with a magnetic scrubber. They both have their pluses and minuses. ... show more

    • You WON'T GUESS what this is GREAT for !! ;-)
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1) Color: Assorted
I briefly had a 5 gallon aquarium but, without prior experience, it got ahead of me and I eventually gave up on it. I turned it into a easy care, fake succulent terrarium. No work, well lit, looked great and just had to dust the cover. But the glass scrubber stayed with me. It's now seven years later and my 'think out of the box mind' found great new uses. First it worked nicely in the tub, but I recently I started to use it as a TOILET BOWL BRUSH! No kidding! Now it's been used to the point where it needs replacement and I will buy two--one for the toilet, another for the tub. I'll mark one with nail polish to distinguish them. The reason I love it for the toilet is the shape and no bristles. Since it is slightly angled and FLAT, it scrubs UNDER the rim like nothing else. And without bristles, it doesn't splatter water drops all over the place! Bristles for me don't hit the bowl surface or scrub as well, either. In my case, it also fits the throat of the toilet perfectly making cleaning so much efficient. Who woulda thunk? ... show more

    • Excellent Algae Scraper for Glass Aquariums
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1) Color: Assorted
The API Algae Scraper is a must-have tool for any aquarium enthusiast. Its 18-inch long handle allows me to clean my glass aquarium walls without getting my hands wet, making maintenance much more convenient. The durable scrubbing pad effectively removes algae buildup, leaving the glass crystal clear. I've found it to be sturdy and long-lasting, providing excellent value for its price. It's important to note that this scraper is designed specifically for glass aquariums and should not be used on acrylic surfaces. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this product and highly recommend it to fellow aquarium owners. ... show more

built well. holds up to some pressure while scrubbing the walls of your aquarium. Great for glass aquariums. Remember dont use the blue scrubbers on acrylic tanks unless you like scratches. great for larger tanks.
