  • It's actually one of the best brands of PSU's but my order was taken by a porch pirate
Size: 1200W ATX 3.0 & PCIE 5.0 FULLY MODULAR
I rated this Apevia PSU a five star even that I didn't get it because it was taken by a porch pirate but I must say that I have used the same brand in the past and these PSU's from Apevia are really good and of very good quality as well, I see a lot of negative comments but even the top brands of PSU's ain't perfec neither. I have been using the Apevia brand and when the hardware is fully functional you will have a long lasting quality hardware in your system, a lot of people don't know how to connect properly with other hardware or something incompatible that forces the other parts of your system to work but not at their full capacity .. These Apevia PSU's are phenomenal, I still have one in my bedroom computer and still working like a charm... ... show more

  • Good price
Size: 650W
From the moment I opened it, the protective cushioning inside the box gave me complete peace of mind. The semi-modular design keeps cable management neat, and the RGB lighting adds a subtle, premium touch. Despite being a 650W unit, it’s virtually silent in operation, and voltage stability has made my entire system run smoother. For anyone seeking a high-quality 80+ Gold power supply without breaking the bank, this is hands-down the best value you’ll find! ... show more

  • Good psu
Size: 650W
I don't really know what to say about this. It provides power to my pc and does it with no issues. It's nothing mind blowing, but if you're looking to have your mind blown by a PSU, you're probably wasting way too much money on flashy things for your pc.

  • Overall Good but proceed with caution.
Size: 850W
--UPDATED REVIEW-- I didn't want to mislead people so after troubleshooting I realized that my screen flickering issues were a result of 1 faulting DVI cable. It's crazy how 1 cable from a reputable manufacturer can mess up your system. Either way, with having that issue resolved I really do like this PSU. It does exactly what a PSU is supposed to do. The non-modular 24-pin connector is actually a relief. Your system is going to use it anyway so it's nice that is sturdy and built in. Although I have an all-white build, my case covers the PSU so the color is irrelevant. For a budget build which was top of the line around 5 yrs ago, I'd highly recommend this PSU. It's quiet and it works. What else do you need? See my original review below. I still don't know why on day 1 playing Halo infinite my PC shut down. I do not think that would be the result of a faulty cable. I'm advising to proceed with caution because I think some more testing is warranted. --ORIGINAL REVIEW-- I'm running a 3080 TI and 2 monitors. Other than that, I just have 5 120mm fans. There is no reason why this PSU should not be able to handle that load. All signs point to the PS being either faulty or not producing enough power. Here is what happened: 1. Played Halo Infinite at Max settings and the screen went completely black. Everything stopped running, but my RGB from my RAM was still on. The only thing that solved this was to kill the power by pressing the main power button at the back of the PSU 2. When using 2 monitors both screens flicker. They'll stay on for about 1 second, and then off, and then on again for 1 second and then off again. Look up videos on YT and you'll see that these are 2 solid indications of a shoddy PSU. Running 1 monitor and the PSU is flawless. It's quiet and you cannot tell that there are any issues. I have not had either of these issues with different computers that I have used. The only bummer is going to be having to take the time to install a new unit, however it is needed. There is no way I can run 2 monitors with this PSU. Sad because I liked the RGB and the price was affordable. I cannot recommend this unit as it just didn't do what it was supposed to. ... show more

  • Reliable Power Supply

  • died within 5 minutes
Size: 1200W ATX 3.0 & PCIE 5.0 FULLY MODULAR
This did not work but for 5 minutes. I had to go buy another one from a better company. I need to get my money back but because I got it in April I was not able to. What a waste of 100 dollars. I just got it out of the box and we'll worked 5 minutes and it died. Garbage if you ask me.

  • Surprisingly good so far!
Size: 650W
PROS: Budget-friendly price. It has all the power the PC needs. Love the button to select the range of colors to choose from so that it matches the theme of the PC. Easy to install, semi-modular means less overall cabling issues and less clutter in the case. 80+ Gold rating. CONS: It's a brand I'm unfamiliar with. The flat, ribbon-like cables are fine, especially in narrow gaps or pass-through areas, but I'm not sure how they will hold up over time as I'm used to using cables with sheaths or woven covering. We'll see how it holds up if it's a con or not. OVERALL: I've read good/bad about this brand and I decided that despite my reservations we'd give it a try. And so far, we're very satisfied with the power supply. This one went into one of our two gaming computers running a Ryzen 5 1600, 32gb DDR4 memory, Radeon RX 570, 2 SSD and 1 HDD drive with 3 x 200mm and 3 x 120mm led case fans. It has power to spare for future proofing our budget rigs that will eventually become better upgraded with a newer CPU and video card. Hopefully this lasts longer than the big-name brand that only lasted a few years. ... show more

  • Taking a chance here.
Size: 650W
Taking a chance here. Unit arrived well packaged and includes a plethora of cables. The main power supply and PCI are hardwired to the unit and the rest are modular in nature. They do include a line that has MOLEX and plenty of SATA. I used this PS in a new Apevia Guardian Pro case for a AMD ATX AM4 board. The main power cable is a bit "short" and getting it attached was tricky. Everything else was fine. For now I give it a 5 star rating based on price, performance, and value. I cannot speak about longevity though. I owned a Apevia PS a long time ago and it was of poor quality and died within a year. Hopefully these are better built units. Time will tell. ... show more
